I had forgotten how good Domo is! We ventured across town for date night and found out that another restaurant didn’t have what they advertised so I looked on the map and remembered that Domo was near. We were seated immediately and service was excellent all through the meal. The sushi is prepared fresh as you order it and it is always worth the wait! The Vegas roll and the Unagi are my favorites and they are so delicious. The place has so many different options for any different taste.

My go-to sushi place. Delicious rolls, lots of options, and reasonably priced. The shrimp killer and hot nights rolls are the best!I agree with other reviewers that they're not great at answering the phone (and I haven't tried their online ordering system), but I've never had issues with a takeout order once they answer, and I've always been able to find a seat in the restaurant to eat in.

I used to enjoy getting take out from this restaurant frequently. I would always call on the phone and place an order for pickup. Last night I was extremely disappointed by their order online system.I went to their website to look at the menu to place an order and was encouraged by the site to order online. What a nightmare!!!I placed a rather large order with many items. When I went to checkout I was surprised that the website made me wait almost a full five minutes to process and accept the order. First when I hit the "place order" button there was a very slow progress bar that took a few minutes to fill up. Once that bar filled up it was replaced with a count down clock for another 3 minutes which said it was waiting for the restaurant to accept the order. Once that click counted down I received a message saying that my order was declined because they were out of two small items I had ordered. One was an appetizer and one was a two piece nigiri order, not having these two minor items should have in no way caused the entire order to be cancelled. The message invited me to edit and retry submitting my order. It also let me know that they had already charged my debit card for the full amount of the order ($150). And that it would take a few hours for me to get a refund. So being optimistic I made edits to my order and resubmitted it and had to wait another 5 minutes only to get the message that ultimately my order had been declined a second time because no one at the restaurant accepted it and it timed out in the system. But not before charging my debit card a second time for another $150 with a refund pending "in a few hours".So then I had $300 blocked in my checking account and no dinner to pick up.They not only denied me the ability to order from their restaurant, they tied up all of my money so I couldn't get dinner anywhere else. I did eventually get my money back but I can't believe this is how they choose to do business. With so many other good sushi restaurant choices in Eugene I won't be going to this place to get sushi ever again. Order at your own risk!!!

Used to be our favorite. Ordered specifically for allergy was very accommodating this time treated so poorly will never return. Sorry COVID killed hospitality here.

Well ended up going here for our anniversary dinner. So glad we did. The rolls we so delicious and well made. The sauces that came on two of the specialty rolls were super flavorful and complimented the sushi perfectly. I had a glass of plum wine and the wife had a glass of King estate. We were so happy with our meal we will definitely be back.

Consistently our favorite place to go to. The Titanic is a must have roll. Neil makes a killer Domo special cocktail.

First time trying this place. The staff are great, the service is very good. It’s a shame the food is mostly poor quality. The agadashi tofu was good. The shumai appeared to have come from Costco or something like that. I wanted it to be good. It was not. Service was great. I also think this place might have a few things it does well. But avoid the sushi and seafood. I’ll check again in a year.Parking: Has a lot and street parking

Well, something has changed......owners or suppliers, maybe both. The host & servers are great, the food is NOT what it used to be, rice is bland or old. The fish matches the rice, doesn't seem fresh. Unless something drastically changes, I wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing food , we have been going there for over 15 years and it is always a good time. We love the variety of different rolls and it is consistently good every time.

Order was missing my fav. Poor execution. I called for an explanation but the response was flat.

As far as simple, fresh, traditional rolls go, Domo is my first choice when I feel like a sushi session. I can't vouch for any of the fancier fair as I only stick to the miso soup and traditional rolls, but they are consistently fresh with simple and elegant presentation.
