I’ve enjoyed being a member of this wine club, but my recent experience left me disappointed. My order was mistakenly sent to the wrong address — one I had previously used for a gift. While I understand mistakes happen, I was frustrated that the company placed the blame on me for not catching the error in their confirmation emails. I trusted they had my correct information on file and didn’t feel their response showed much accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they refused to resend the wine I had paid for, which was quite disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and show more understanding when issues like this arise. I canceled my membership and they again were just fine with that.

We went to the winery this afternoon and decided to start with a flight. I have been a wine club member for a decade + and have had nothing but good experiences but today our wine educator was exceptional exceptional! Yes 2 exceptionals. Will told us so much about the wines, was educated and friendly and even modified our flights to accommodate my pickiness. Great day and great service!

We had our wedding at Sweet Cheeks and I could not have imagined a more magical wedding! The scenery, service, and wine were perfect! Norah is an absolute blessing. She goes above and beyond to make your day special. She gave us recommendations for vendors and they were all wonderful to work with and super helpful. We are wine members as well and love it! It’s always wonderful to have an excuse to visit Sweet Cheeks Winery. Everyone is so kind and the wine is always wonderful.

So disappointing, no hostess to seat us, told we had to wait in bar to get a drink then sat ourselves and not once did anyone come to our table to ask if we wanted anything in 30 min. Live nearby and won't be going back!

It has a great view and the atmosphere was amazing. The wine was also amazing I would definitely recommend this place. Also if you are hungry they have a pizza truck and the pizza is amazing.

While the scenery and atmosphere of Sweet Cheeks is stunning and quite lovely, I'm not a fan of the table service and reservation system. It was informative from a wine standpoint, but my time there was interrupted by the staff. The young woman who served us did a fine job, but it created the feeling of being in a restaurant which was not a winery experience for me. I much preferred the "sit yourself and get your own wine" then feeling required to take notes on your flight of wine and tip your server at the end. I'm totally tipped fatigued. And that's not fair to the staff and their knowledge. It should be an optional service in my opinion. I will not go again for this reason.

Had an amazing time. Loved it so much we joined the wine club! Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and even tailored our tastings to fit what we liked. Daphne was stellar but the rest of the staff was amazing as well. We will for sure be back… hopefully soon:)
