I have a favorite bakery in my hometown of Carlsbad, Ca. Well, I've been unfaithful! Sweet Life Patisserie in Eugene, Oregon , is hands down the best bakery I have ever experienced. The selection is staggering . Just to stand and stare at the colorful and varied offerings is delicious. I ordered the Upside Down Chocolate Cupcake. Amazing doesn't quite cover it. I enjoyed it so much I raced back the next day to have another one! This bakery offers a very charming decor and a pleasant staff to boot. My daughter will be attending the University there next year. I so look forward to visiting her frequently in Eugene. And you can bet I will be in Sweet Life Patisserie every time! Highest and happiest of recommendations.

Should be called SOUR Life! Hankering for something SWEET last night, we ordered, for delivery, slices of cheesecake & fruit pie. Unfortunately, the owners don't want to bother themselves with updates on the website for on-line orders. Customers might get "this" topping or maybe "this" fruit- they're not informed which! And SO, by the (un)luck of this draw, we received SOUR citrus cheesecake and SOUR (to an absurd degree) rhubarb pie. We suggest those with sweet teeth avoid ordering SLP's mystery items online, & go to the bakery only in person. It's a day later now, & our mouths are still unpuckering.

I'm pretty sure the cowgirl quiche cured me when I was sick, I can't make it myself! How do they do all those amazing food creations? For birthday cakes this is my automatic go to bakery. Thank you sweet life and may your business continue to thrive!

Today I visited @sweetlifepatisserie and I brought back desserts and treats for my entire team! We loved everything we tried, thanks for being so amazing. We give it two thumbs up.
Not safe if you have allergies and/or celiac. Someone bought me a dessert from here because their employee assured her it was free of all the allergens mentioned, after taking the time to supposedly read the ingredients before recommending it. Either they cannot read or are liars. Half a piece and two days later and I'm still sick. This could take several weeks or months to recover from. Upon checking their website for the ingredients I discovered that every single recipe version of the dessert I was given has at least one of the allergens that their person said was definitely not in the recipe. If for some reason they have a new recipe not listed on their website, which really doesn't include any of those ingredients, then they have some serious cross-contamination going on.Regardless of the reason why they did this, it's just not safe and I will never be going back. If you have allergies or celiac, try at your own risk.Dietary restrictions: Not safe for people with dietary restrictions due to allergies or celiac disease.

Well first an last time I'm coming here. The coffee was good I heard terrific things however an older gentleman came in for a cup of coffee an a Bearclaw an ended up dropping the food on the ground while he was trying to goto outside area. He hadn't even had a bite yet so I asked the ladies if they would replace it for him an they said if he don't take a bite. So we sat for about 10 mins as he drank his coffee an used his phone not taking a bite an they never replaced it for him. Eventually he was eating the food. This is absolutely despicable. The woman didn't care whatsoever because why you'd lose the money off one pastry? If I had been carrying more with me I would've bought him a new one without hesitation. Do we care more about our people or money.
