Just came to order some treats to go. When I came up to the counter the employee asked “what can I get for you” but I thought she said how are you, so I replied “good how are you?” And smiled. She was completely dead pan, looked very irritated, and repeated “WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU.” I was shocked at her rudeness when I asked how she was. I’m not sure if this is the normal service at this location but definitely very unfriendly and unprofessional customer service.

Gets busy busy busy and it's smaller than the main shop so be prepared to get up close and personal with strangers 🤣. But sometimes it's not as busy as the main store so keep that in mind if you don't want to wait 30+ minutes for a sweet treat and usually less stuck up yuppies as well

Hit or miss for me with pastries. Honestly, I have counted on being disappointed and then have occasionally been pleasantly surprised. I don't buy their stuff anymore but sometimes have a taste when there with family, as they like it more than I do. GF options can be very limited but there's usually at least something. Coffee is also hit or miss (it's been sooo bitter a couple times). Surprised there's no cold brew option. Honestly, I can't recommend this place but around this part of campus, options can be limited and if you end up here, it's not the worst.

Visiting Eugene we find this gem, open til 10 even on a Sunday. Long line which moved quickly. Incredible selection of unique bakery ans chocolate. We had a Josephine and a coconut cream puff with vanilla crachlin. Both delicious, fresh and amazing. Don’t miss this place. Prices were very fair.

Greatest desserts around. However, the petite shop was open but closed coffee down 1 hour prior to close and were rude and unwavering g to accommodate 4 of us who spent quite a lot. We wrnt across the street for the coffee then ate pur desserts at your tables. Very lively except the college girls with attitudes...smh

Been here more times than I can count but the last two times I’ve gone they’ve been beyond rude to the point of almost being mean. Owner: please save yourself future headaches and find new staff at this location/figure out who it is because you make a wonderful product that’s being ruined by staff that could care less.
I do recommend this place. But beware that there are cross-contamination situations that can take place, so if you are a little more gluten-free or allergen sensitive, be aware that that can happen. I'm gluten-free, and the few times I've been there, they've given me things that have caused me allergic reactions. They do take allergies seriously, and they do care, but things can happen. Their customer service from their office is top-notch.
