Nice 🤌🏻
Busy place but quick service. All of our drinks were yummy!
Best boba place in Eugene! The girls that work here are so so sweet and very efficient, the quality is always consistent and so is the service. Will be sad to see them all graduate this year, hopefully the new hires will be just as hardworking and skilled!
Used to come here all the time but the workers are so rude? They are so passive aggressive constantly, I have not had a single positive experience with any of these workers they look down on you just for wanting a stamp on your card or to ask a question. Why are they putting chairs up over an hour before close and telling me seating closes at 9:00 at 7:00 when I’m waiting for them to make my drink? The drinks are great but you never get any service from the workers, you can barely even get one at the counter to use a stamp card let alone order? Why are people being paid to just sit and have side conversations while not interacting with customers at all, I see them doing homework and sit on iPads and phones every time but I haven’t even ever been acknowledged when I step in.
This is honestly a really bad place to get boba I wish there was a closer spot other then this place.
Used to go a lot but now you can’t combine stamp cards anymore ? Interesting and that wasn’t announced else where….
Sucks if you keep forgetting to bring your stamps cards ig
Would not come again
It’s not right to have this “policy change” under the table! Not transparent and did not plan to notify customers ahead of time / at the time when issuing stamp cards
I’ve been in Eugene for over a decade, and this place has the most consistent quality of boba teas - I’m honestly surprised that it’s perfect every time. Rabbit hole used to be my go-to until their quality plummeted, T4 has been surprisingly the same whether I have it here or in Salem. Guess that’s the thing with chains, is that they have a system down.
Their boba is flawless and their egg pudding is the perfect level of sweetness. Egg pudding + grass jelly combo was also yummy.
I’ve come during crazy busy times and still got my drinks within 5-10 mins too.
Very good boba and food, but it is SO cold inside! Literally can’t study here because it’s below 60 degrees in the building.
WOW!
I thought the Taro milkshake would be great and it was! But they put the amber pearls in, they are sweet and warm and a perfect compliment to the taro milkshake... that first sip was ?

Did not have boba If u are Asian don’t come here L aura.
Was walking by when we decided to stop in for some boba..there were three girls working..two were at the counter trying to decipher texts that a guy had sent one of them. When bothered to look up from their conversation long enough to answer a question they were rude, gave a two word response and went right back to talking to each other. Once we decided what we wanted, we were directed to use the self order kiosk even though I wanted to pay with cash. so I had to use my card, then the girl from the back comes out and makes my drink, so in not entirely sure why the other two were even being paid. Literally they did absolutely nothing the entire 20mins we were there, except recant the previous evening escapades and their dating lives. We will definitely never be back. Super entitled rude people working there

I have been going to T4 for the last 2 years so I do not take this review lightly. Their boba is very inconsistent and the last two times I went there they got my order wrong. The manger is a very rude women who you can always count on greeting you with a scorn—don’t bother trying to ask for them to fix your order. They make it clear that you being satisfied with your order is not a priority. I will say though compared to other boba in town I do like their punch card (way better deal than rabbit) and their food is very good. There is lots of space which is nice for studying. Overall their inconsistent boba isn’t always worth the consistent rude treatment from their employees.

Good drinks and friendly staff, I also love the food options they have.It is extremely cold inside, I've been atleast a Dozen times and it is always freezing. That matched with the granite table tops (left over from an old sushi restaurant) and it's just very cold and not comfy. I now only go in to grab and leave.I also don't like that they are closed when UO is closed (and limited summer hours) but it also makes complete sense when they are the main customer group. My go to: Mud milk tea with boba and circle fries with extra sauce. No outlets, not a place to work on your laptop.
