I ordered $60 food and was accused of stealing a nacho bell grande and ended back thru drive through and was accused of stealing food. Never again I will go to this Taco Bell on wast 11th and will go to a different Taco Bell and was told off with very inappropriate comments . Guess I will go to Barger Taco Bell going forward.

These guys all deserve a raise!!! Having that kind of customer service with all of the drama they deal with in that area is amazing! Everyone is so strong nice and professional! This is the best store in Eugene and DONT forget it!

The bigger guy with long blonde hair to his ears working your drive thru right now threw sauce into my hands and his coworker even said why are you throwing the sauce to her like that. Not ok and slammed the window on my face. Usually your workers are cool but woah that was weird. I’ll definitely be calling a supervisor tomorrow.

Pretty mid, but i went at like 12 am on a Saturday I think. I wouldn't get the nacho steak fries again. It's a ripoff, especially since they've raised the prices to keep up with the everyone else. I think I'm good for at least six months.

Went thru the drive thru. The forgot our item. I called and the girl answered and said nice April fools joke then hung up on me. I called back she answered and the. Hung up. I called again spoke to Cole and asked for a refund or to bring my food since they forgot it. He also was VERY rude. This customer service is a joke and does not have any. They advised I could come get the food or come In for a refund. I do not live near by I am hours away. I offered to give them my order number and I paid with card so it would be on file. This was a quick stop for lunch and the employees are so rude. Not worth my time or my money. They said come back on a weekday to talk to the manager. And Cole said he could not take down my information bc I’m busy making food orders. I ended the call saying they all needed an attitude adjustment. If the real manager of the store actually reads this your staff need help. If I could give negative stars I would.
