Apparently you can ONLY order on those damn ordering screens - which take FAR longer to use that looking up at a menu above the counter, and that screen tries to upsell you over and over and over again. NEVER GOING BACK.

They’ve raised online exclusive orders so much that it’s insanely greedy. The luxe box used to be $7 but now it’s $12. It is $7 in Taco Bell’s not owned by the greedy franchise owner in Eugene. Honestly if you can, please go to the ones in Springfield (except the one by gateway as that also is owned by this greedy franchise owner) as they actually have reasonable prices.

This is a really well managed Taco Bell! I've never had an order incorrect, food is always cooked well, and staff is nice and (from what I've seen) taken care of by management!
Don't go here. Manager with the glasses is horrible at his job. Place is a zoo.

We love Taco Bell however I really wish they would get the chili cheese burrito and keep it as a permanent part of the menu it has been one of my favorites since I was a kid and I hate it when they don't have it it is like my favorite thing that they have ever had
They were getting really far behind on the time to pickup your order. At least the lady behind the counter gave me two coupons for two free tacos to try and make up for it. There kiosk stands needs to be a little different. We shouldn't HAVE TO go only to the kiosk to order, we should be able to go to the counter as well. Food was good, although they did a crappy job wrapping my taco and they put it in the bag upside down so my toppings went everywhere.
