Nacho cheese containers are often half or less filled which doesn't cover the bag of chips it comes with. This issue is consistent as if the issue comes from management.
Otherwise, this location hasn't messed up any orders. Staff is great.

Apparently you can ONLY order on those damn ordering screens - which take FAR longer to use that looking up at a menu above the counter, and that screen tries to upsell you over and over and over again. NEVER GOING BACK.

They’ve raised online exclusive orders so much that it’s insanely greedy. The luxe box used to be $7 but now it’s $12. It is $7 in Taco Bell’s not owned by the greedy franchise owner in Eugene. Honestly if you can, please go to the ones in Springfield (except the one by gateway as that also is owned by this greedy franchise owner) as they actually have reasonable prices.

The only thing I noticed was the really intense techno music playing over the speakers. it made me feel like I needed to eat quickly lol
I place my order on the app and when I got there and they were reviewing my order they referred to my customization as complications.
