Literally the best tacobell in all of Eugene. Amazing service. Drive thru crew is 10/10 customer service. They actually give you proper proportions on every item, and they're always cooked hot and fresh. If you live in Junction City, DO NOT go to your local store. Go here instead. The drive is WELL worth them making your order with care, and it's always piping hot. Day crew drive thru are 10/10 šŸ™

This is the third time in one month that I’ve gotten wrong food in the order pretty mad
I don’t live near Taco Bell so that’s not like I can go back. I didn’t get a receipt in the bag either I ordered two cool ranch tacos and I didn’t get the cool ranch tacos. I got something else some sort of weird taco cheese with meat on it, so yeah, not a great experience never is really.

Elderly Neglect Abuse Advocate

Drive thru review 8/2/25 order # 547 or e481fb Cashier Mia: I placed my order, paid at drive thru and was twice if I wanted any sauce. I asked for mild taco sauce. I got on the freeway, stopped at the rest stop, and no Taco sauce!! My small soda was so full of ice there was maybe 1/2 a cup of soda. I just looked at my reciept and it says, 1 NO sauce packets. Too much laughing and not enough attention to the job at hand. Do better taco bell.

Sick of the ordering inside on the stupid kiosk crap. Half the time what I want isn't even on there for selection and then to half to turn around and pay with cash is absolutely dumb. Just bring the menu back and have someone take my order thank you

I have problems with Taco Bell in general. Food is overpriced, and especially for what it is. The Price hikes have been especially greedy lately, and I know i can find better elsewhere for a better price, generous portion, better quality and portions at Burrito Boy close by.
I thought I would try the app to justify still going there, but the app is difficult and doesn't work when I get in the drive through. Employees are rude, sarcastic generally not helpful.
I just can't justify, for example, the taco price for the hot mess they rush out the window, that contain only about a tablespoon of meat and two shreds of cheese. Or, getting burritos that weren't made well, or even wrapped well, and just a sloppy mess of mostly runny beans. It happens so often that I give up. Too much hassle, and no reward, and I am so satisfied elsewhere. Not worth it anymore.
