Shift lead 7:00 pm was a jerk, asked for a refund because they didn’t give me over half my order and he said I would have to drive all the way back to the location to get a refund (this was a drive-thru order) unless they are going to comp me for my gas to get back there and then all the way back home that’s crazy, I even offered to provide order number and time and any other info to help with the refund and when I asked for a manager or a shift lead he proceeded to tell me “iM A sHiFT lEaD” “nO bODy kNowS mOrE aBoUt tHiS tHeN mE” like come on bro are you serious, Taco Bell please reach out to get this fixed and get this person off your team.

Extremely inconsistent portions. They don’t follow special instructions most of the time. I’ve gotten more stale taco shells here than any other location. The cantina taco shells always come cracked into two pieces. They put the jalepeno sauce on the top so you get a bite of just sauce. Super annoying. Do better.

3 staff and manager were on break together, while 5 people were waiting for food inside, alongside drive thru. Customers I waited 20 minutes for 5 tacos. Even after complaining, they all sat back down again.

Every fricken time I go to this location, my order is wrong.... then when I call to tell them, they make me feel like I'm done their trying to get free items... no! I just want what I paid for... not to mention I paid EXTRA for extra onion and extra red sauce... I'm going to stay driving to Barger or Gateway locations this isn't even worth it anymore! MANAGEMENT... GET YOUR STAFF UP TO PAR... THEY SUCK

highly recommend this location! I normally stop by at night when I get off work. Tonight I came through, didn’t have too much to spend on fast food so I ordered off the dollar menu (a cheesy double beef burrito)..got home and whoever made my food really made it amazing. It was fresh, stuffed with meat and cheese, and pretty big size burrito! Little things like that make a difference in someone’s day…sounds funny, but it’s true.
The night staff is there is amazing and always so kind. Really appreciate the effort they put into the their work. It dosent go unnoticed.
Thought I’d drop a silly little review, because they really should be acknowledged.
Taco Bell needs to put more sour cream on their burrito supremes.

Love this tacobell but it is downright devious to charge nearly a dollar for a side of sauce and not even fill it up half way. This location tends to do this a lot. But other than that, staff is super friendly. There's a women GM who works most nights and she very clearly busts her booty off. You go, girl.
