Sena (?) And Maya ( i hope i spelled their names correctly, this was 7-26-25 at 10:30 ish. Both ladies are holding down the fort. They helped us navigate a food allergy with a great substitution. Thank you to both for being patient with my momma who cant have dairy.

Sick of the ordering inside on the stupid kiosk crap. Half the time what I want isn't even on there for selection and then to half to turn around and pay with cash is absolutely dumb. Just bring the menu back and have someone take my order thank you

I have problems with Taco Bell in general. Food is overpriced, and especially for what it is. The Price hikes have been especially greedy lately, and I know i can find better elsewhere for a better price, generous portion, better quality and portions at Burrito Boy close by.
I thought I would try the app to justify still going there, but the app is difficult and doesn't work when I get in the drive through. Employees are rude, sarcastic generally not helpful.
I just can't justify, for example, the taco price for the hot mess they rush out the window, that contain only about a tablespoon of meat and two shreds of cheese. Or, getting burritos that weren't made well, or even wrapped well, and just a sloppy mess of mostly runny beans. It happens so often that I give up. Too much hassle, and no reward, and I am so satisfied elsewhere. Not worth it anymore.

I got a quesadilla well steak it no sauce they somehow put chicken in it and they had lettuce in it I donāt know how they did that to my food

Servers were not too happy to see us. Very disconnected with us. Like they were doing us a favor by taking the order.

Shift lead 7:00 pm was a jerk, asked for a refund because they didnāt give me over half my order and he said I would have to drive all the way back to the location to get a refund (this was a drive-thru order) unless they are going to comp me for my gas to get back there and then all the way back home thatās crazy, I even offered to provide order number and time and any other info to help with the refund and when I asked for a manager or a shift lead he proceeded to tell me āiM A sHiFT lEaDā ānO bODy kNowS mOrE aBoUt tHiS tHeN mEā like come on bro are you serious, Taco Bell please reach out to get this fixed and get this person off your team.

I Like the prices here and wish I could afford the Cantina, it is good and even if it's $8.99 hold the Diablo sauce. lol

Extremely inconsistent portions. They donāt follow special instructions most of the time. Iāve gotten more stale taco shells here than any other location. The cantina taco shells always come cracked into two pieces. They put the jalepeno sauce on the top so you get a bite of just sauce. Super annoying. Do better.

3 staff and manager were on break together, while 5 people were waiting for food inside, alongside drive thru. Customers I waited 20 minutes for 5 tacos. Even after complaining, they all sat back down again.

Every fricken time I go to this location, my order is wrong.... then when I call to tell them, they make me feel like I'm done their trying to get free items... no! I just want what I paid for... not to mention I paid EXTRA for extra onion and extra red sauce... I'm going to stay driving to Barger or Gateway locations this isn't even worth it anymore! MANAGEMENT... GET YOUR STAFF UP TO PAR... THEY SUCK
