The food you guys serve is always crushed or smooshed to all hell. I’ve had to call and complain several times and when I do get something that isn’t smashed to bits it’s the size of a thumb tell me why my grilled cheese stake burrito WAS AS BIG AS A FREAKING CHEESY ROLL UP? did you not have enough to finish my burrito and didn’t want to pull out and heat up more? If you don’t want to do a job don’t work that job.

Prices are out of control. Used to get the build your own cravings box for 6.50. In less than 3 months the same item, is now priced at 12$ Due to the pricing my family went from eating here at least once a week to.... zero. Changing an items name to "Luxe Build your own cravings box" while changing nothing but doubling the price is a good way to loose customers.
In fact the same item on Mohawk in Springfield is 5 dollars less.... I'm currently down in California and the same item is 6 dollars less. Making the eugene taco bell locations 200% more...
I got my order from the store and they messed up my taco and quesadilla. I called in to inform them and get my order fixed. Told me I could come in anytime to get my food order replaced they have my name and that's all I need to give . I went in later on and they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have a receipt.
