Ordered through the app for delivery. Paid a ton of money to add extra ingredients to my burrito and somehow they made me a regular burrito instead. The app gave me no way to get a refund or anything, so I'm stuck paying for multiple ingredients I never received. Called and they say the only way to fix it is coming in the store, but I don't have a car!! Ever think that maybe people are ordering delivery for a reason?? I'm just reporting the charge as fraud to my bank and never spending my money here again. They messed up and refuse to fix it.

I waited 10 minutes for a Regular Baja Blast freeze. Took so slow I had to go up to the counter and ask for it. Workers were not busy, I ordered on the app.

Went thru the drivethru and got my kid a crunch wrap supreme, a beef taco and a drink. I open up the bag and check out the food. The Crunchwrap was cold and not crispy at all. Plus the wrapper they had put it in was old, flimsy, crinkly. Not decent bag at all.

Lobby was closed tonight, I saw orders ready to hand out, on dude was having his lunch and signaled for me to go thru the line.I gave the store a call and they got me the order through the front door. Simple as. Ty for the quick service, everyone in the chain up to the customer appreciates it immensely.Enjoy the day folks =)

Under so much pressure the staff lost help just at rush hour the remaining staff was patient on top of situation had decency to accommodate customers with smile and offerd free taco on return! Wish I remembered there names nevertheless thankyou to the standing staff Top Notch!!!❤️‍??

So my wife and her sister went to get their party pack and when they ordered the tacos were supposed to be all soft instead they came as all hard shell they did t receive a receipt from the person at the window I attempted to contact them all day off and on until around 7:35 pm when a very snotty young lady answered proclaiming that they answer all of the calls that come I to the establishment which is a false statement because before this very unprofessional quite snotty young lady answered I called and it rang until it literally stopped ringing I explained things that they had messed up the order and that I had been trying to get in contact with them to no avail and that the did not provide a receipt with the order she then told me that they would not replace my order because I didn't have a receipt (not given one ) and that I did not have the food 7 hrs later so because I did not carry the food around while moving and did not have a receipt that they didn't provide they could not do anything about their screw upIf I could give zero stars I would

Two employees on lunch break made comments in Spanish towards my daughter not liking her sour cream filled soft taco, my two daughter and I understand Spanish. Both girls were embarrassed and we had to leave.

I ordered on the Taco Bell app last night and I went to go pick up my food. I called first and I tried to find out if my order was ready Maria apparently is the night shift manager and they closed early and I didn’t get my order and I’m out $40. Do they make a practice of just willy-nilly saying they’re out of food and then they’re closing early beware don’t order on the app and if you do call, make sure you don’t order and make sure you find out when the store is closingApparently the managers make their own rules about what time the store closesPretty sad when you pay for something that you don’t even get
