Well I ordered and modified something I don't usually get for a deal. Turns out I unintentionally asked them to make a burrito filled with only liquid. This thing came out wrapped so well it didn't even leak so 5/5 for them 1/5 for me.

Self-service machine withdrew $32 but was $1 short even after processing the payment. I went to the counter and had them remove an item, putting below what they took, and yet. ashier demanded I pay a 2nd time. Even when I proved they had already withdrawn the money from our account, the manager refused to compensate us in any way. They stole our money, refused to refund us even when the bank called them, and refused our food as well. So they took $32 and we left with nothing. Literal theft! Never EVER coming back here, I fully intend on contacting their corporate office.

The staff there are incompetent. I went there today 2/24/25. I ordered 1 steak chalupa with no tomatoes. I received a chalupa with no meat and an excessive amount of tomatoes. I had no words with them, and no reason for them to do such a thing. The owners needs to step up and find employees who can actually read the order on the screen.customers should not be a victim to illiterate staff. Do better

Looking for a little nosh in Walmart. Almost no prepared foods. Went to Taco Bell. Ordered the beefy five layered burrito. Must have been those invisible layers. Almost complete in their automated robotic way. Two pleasant women working here. ************** U P. D A T E ************ Skinniest $4.29 Burrito I ever received. Five layers? 1 1/2 more like it. Nah brah.

Cons: They charge to swap the pastey processed bean goop for black beans. Never ever had a Taco Bell do that before.
Pros: Everything else. Placed a mobile order for pickup while getting a few supplies after a 13 hour travel day from the east coast. I just needed a quick bite to eat. My order was ready promptly by the time I got through the Walmart checkout, was made perfectly/exactly how I ordered it, and the one guy working the line at 8:00PM at night was very friendly when I picked up my order.
While I probably won’t ever go back here given I live on the other side of the country, I would recommend it to anybody who’s thinking about Taco Bell in the Eugene area.

it was decent- tell my why we pay for drinks but when i get my cups there 1/2 ice the lest u could do is fill them up all the way. i literally had a 1inch + gap at the top of my cup . also my nacho cheese cup looked funky or old

Cashier when I was a walk-in, was busy over at the drive-up side, while I waited long time to order. He was too busy and coldly invited me to just order myself on the kiosk behind me, after I'd already waited. I have visual disabilities, I said no, he begrudgingly took my order. Name is Ismael Casti. He took the other peoples orders in front of me, in line, when I arrived. Why do you assume I want to do your job for you and moreso, that I 'should'? Implied by your annoyance that I would not agree to use the machine, for you. Being annoyed with me was the worst part. Thats not good customer service. What is this self serve, digital everything world coming to? I never come here, he reminds me partially of why.

I ordered a deluxe box. They gave me my food in a bag even though it was advertised as coming in a box. When I asked if they could provide my food in a box all they did was hand me a box. I’m guessing they expected me to complete the order properly by myself. Poor customer service.
