I ordered a deluxe box. They gave me my food in a bag even though it was advertised as coming in a box. When I asked if they could provide my food in a box all they did was hand me a box. I’m guessing they expected me to complete the order properly by myself. Poor customer service.

I worked here briefly and I am going to ruin this store financially. First off, they fired me because I got into a dispute with my manager over shoes. Second, this store is NOT SANITARY. I refused to even eat food there after I worked and learned their nightly cleaning procedures. First off, they cleaned the cold line with a VACUUM CLEANER. They would shut down the cold line (the part of the line that holds all of the lettuce and cheese etc etc...) an HOUR before they closed which is already a temperature control violation, but then when they close and lock the door, they vacuum all the ice and food chunks out of the bottom. That's it. No sanitizer wiping, no towels. Vacuum. That was it. It disgusted me and I feel other people should know about it too. That Taco Bell needs new staff and new management immediately if they don't want to fail.

Horrible customer service. I spent roughly 10 minutes ordering 2 burtitos, and 2 tacos because the workers didnt speak english. You could tell that everyone in this taco bell (customers) were annoyed and agrivated at how little english the employees knew. Never coming back to this location.

The female Mexican manager is very careless and human health. The manager made lemonade drinks for me and my girl friend. The drinks were put on the counter for one of us or both of us to pick up. Some very short old lady rushed to the counter and, thinking those were her drinks she put her finger in one of the drinks. My girl friend asked the manager if she can replace the drinks. Lmao the manager to the white man working for taco bell to put those drinks to the side for the next costumer and made us new drinks. This world is sick af. Please someone invent robots to handle are food.

I was very excited when I saw that this taco bell location was opening and I was expecting to order from here frequently. However.. This has unfortunately proven to be the worst location in town. I have placed an order here a total of 7 times and there has been a problem with the order every single time. I was once the only customer in the restaurant and the employees ignored me standing at the register for almost 10 minutes until I decided to leave out of frustration. I don't want to get anyone fired but I would love to see this location thrive, but it will not stay open the way it is being operated. 2 undertrained, slow employees running the business is not a recipe for success. Whenever I go to Walmart I leave and go to the Barger location because the service is very slow, orders are frequently made incorrectly, and employees are not friendly or motivated.

Wonderful experience here this morning. Service was excellent and the food was exactly what I was craving. Taryn, I lost my receipt for the survey but I wanted you, and your management team, to know you brightened my morning! After working all night and after a tiring experience in Walmart that left me frustrated, you immediately turned my attitude around with your positive attitude. Thank you! I appreciate what you do. Bonus, you even called me by name and thanked me as I left. 5 stars!

Just be aware that there are no refills on drinks or so I'm told. I find this strange as all of the other locations will do refill. The other thing they could do is give you a new cup with the refill.I hope they change this as it is a good place and I like the company.

Kiosks to order from or you can order at the counter. If cash you have to pay at register. Well kept and clean eating area. Food was made quickly and was delicious. Very kind staff

Server was really rude. She stated the beef burrito with cheese and rice was discontinued when it's not. A person in my party wanted a beef burrito off of the dollar menu (which was the beef burrito with rice and cheese) and the gal was really rude by insiting the menu item was discontinued. But upon further inspection from the corporate website the burrito is not discontinued. Also our order was taking long because of her rudeness. Never coming back. Going to Taco Time where the service is a whole lot better.
