Been coming to Taco Time for 8 years and they always, always, always jack up my order on the drive-through (more wrong than right.) Also, I don't understand why the temperature of their food is consistently luke warm room temp; I always wonder if they are not stirring the beans and meat to redistribute the heat through the food or if they are constantly scooping off the top which will always be cooler. On several occasions I have politely asked them to make sure my order...
Tried one of their platters, the rice was undercooked and crunchy couldn't eat it, not sure how the rest tasted everything was smothered in a red sauce and made everything taste the same. It was a disappointment, probably not going back again. Also, $4.00 is too much for a crisp burrito of any kind. Just saying.

Recently, as of the end of October 2024 into November 2024, the West 11th location is undergoing maintenance and renovations. I'm not sure when they will be concluded, but I am certain they'll be back better than ever.
