Awesome vibe with delicious fresh food that had tons of flavor, something thats lacking in Eugene. Carnitas tacos were great smoky meat taste and perfect spice level, steak torta was tasty especially with the picked onion!
We were visting Eugene for a month and Tacovore was the first restaurant we dined at and we kept going back. They have 3 vegan tacos on the menu... Tofu, Mushroom and Tempeh Chorizo. All of them have their own unique and tasty flavors. Then you add one of their fabulous hot sauces and they are singing! We also ordered a special taco with asparagus and it was great too. Their Kale salad is made up of baby kale, topped with tortilla strips and avocado. What makes this salad...
Food was pretty good. $5 dollars for 1 taco is a bit pricy in my opinion. It was so busy we had to stand around and wait for a table because you sit down after you order. I tried 3 different tacos to get an idea of different flavors and that was very filling.
