I love the pulled pork sandwich here. It is tender and flavorful, not like some other places that have chunks of tough pork in the sandwich. Every bite of Tailg8s pulled pork was perfect.

Last week I got the burger and it was tasty but today I got the porky fries and immediately after eating the pork it made me and my wife sick. Idk what happened with the pork but it was not tasty and made us sick.

Food is so yummy! It's definitely a little slice of the south in the PNW, especially the Sweet Tea (sweet exactly like in the south, not like the west coast). Everyone is friendly and funny and very welcoming to fur-babies. They are great at customizing the food so I personally am not a fan of spice (I can't handle simple seasoning lol) and I ask to not have it on my patty and they will make sure it's not on it, and even if something needs to be adjusted they are more than happy to fix it :). The blonde dude there is so nice even when they are busy, with lines, I saw them on a phone so I guess phone orders, and I saw on Grubhub they are on that too. Patience for those who claim 20 min for food is too long, food carts are mini restaurants not McDonald's. Oh garlic fries... *mouth waters* yumm....E. lol 😆 I will go there to fill my southern food needs...plus my do, he goes crazy!

The ribs were cold, fatty and tasted like day old or 2 day old ribs for 33 dollars for a rack take your money elsewhere and 15 french fries really. I even told the guy this and he says to me no they were not. I'm like wow really. The funny part is I was alo there with a taster from washington state. Hope they really like what she has to say to them in her report Total bill over 80 dollars 2 people with 2 sides and 2 non alcoholic drinks

Very good food. Enjoyed the brisket sandwich, the queso burger (deliciously messy!), Mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, tots, and some homemade sauces (fry sauce and spicy ranch). Everything we had was very, very good!

Called in but still waited 20 min on 2 burgers. So salty and dry couldn't eat it. The bun was ripped up, no cheese, and some gastly sauce. Also want to add ..this was right when they opened and the meat was not freshly cooked.
I had a rack of ribs and the bbq beans. Fantastic!!! Even the sauce!

Their wings were killer! Only thing we tried, but perfectly cooked w/ a great sauce. Always surprised when a food truck can make crispier wings than restaurants that only do wings. Love to try some other items in the future. Also a rad location, got a covered area with heat to eat in not great weather, also a little stall inside that sells beer and wine which makes food truck food all the better!

I came in with overly high expectations I guess. The thought of smoked and fried wings sounded good. A little too salty on the dry rub, and it seems like they smoked the sauce into the meat instead of tossing them in sauce at the end causing a dry texture. The Mac N cheese was alright though. Not a ton of flavor but the pulled pork and BBQ sauce on top made up for that. Quick and friendly service though.
