Great coffee - no questions to my cortado. They roast the beans themselves which is cool. 3 start for avocado toast, it’s a joke - see the pic. The thinnest layer I’ve ever seen.

Overall, it’s a cool spot. I really enjoy light roast coffee and appreciated the special they offered. My only issue was with my Americano — they used steam boiler water, which comes out far too hot (around 260 + degrees) to drink and, in my opinion, takes away from the shot and the flavor profile of the single origin coffee.

Poor online and customer service experience. Ordered a number of items for a gift through Tailored's web shop. Received notification that items had shipped. Then, a day later, a notification that I was being refunded. Without explanation. I did not request a refund. Have reached out to customer service but have not received a response. Baffled. Astounded by the incompetence and disrespect. Avoid.
