Overall, it’s a cool spot. I really enjoy light roast coffee and appreciated the special they offered. My only issue was with my Americano — they used steam boiler water, which comes out far too hot (around 260 + degrees) to drink and, in my opinion, takes away from the shot and the flavor profile of the single origin coffee.

Poor online and customer service experience. Ordered a number of items for a gift through Tailored's web shop. Received notification that items had shipped. Then, a day later, a notification that I was being refunded. Without explanation. I did not request a refund. Have reached out to customer service but have not received a response. Baffled. Astounded by the incompetence and disrespect. Avoid.

PDX coffee snob here. It was just ok. Kinda bummed by the breakfast options as they were all a bit lackluster but at least on the less junky side considering all the other places in Eugene. I think just a little bit of salt or zest would go a long way here.
Had amazing breakfast this morning, staff was friendly and the food was outstanding didn't even mind the price because it is worth it!! Also the habanero hot sauce is perfect for the breakfast sandos
