Love the matcha here. Great spot with decent food and great drinks. My son got a vanilla steamer, a French toast and an avo toast. I got the Mrs west coast, all great.

I like this location more than the 5th Street spot. Music is more subtle so you can have an easy conversation. The lavender-cardamom-rose water latte was the hit of the day! The breakfast sandwich with added hash brown was really yummy, I was told. Parking is the only downside.

Very nice staff! Used to love the quality of the coffee but for a 6.50$ (incl tip) oatmilk cappuccino, I expect a perfect cup, not what is pictures below. Still tasted fine but not great and again, for that price I expect much better.

Service was very friendly and quick, food and drinks were incredible! I don't usually like matcha but theirs was amazing! The atmosphere is chill and open, and they play great music! Highly recommend, especially because the prices are incredibly low! If I could, I would give this place 6 stars!
