I’ve been here probably 15 times. The food is always good and the employees are generally polite. I give them 4 stars because the amount of chicken they give is very inconsistent. I’d like to think that at times they were giving me extra chicken because of my good looks and broad shoulders but too often the amount of chicken is very lacking. Maybe I’m not as attractive as my therapist says?

Ordered the katsu bowl with fried rice. While it was a decent amount of food, the fried rice had absolutely no flavor,. I could have saved the extra $1.50 and just had my katsu with white rice. Since this my second time ordering fried rice as a side, I’ve come to the realization that it’s just made that way - no flavor. Dining area is way to dark and unwelcoming.

We LOVE Teriyaki Madness! The food is great and we love the Power Bowl option, meaning just protein and veggies. They really provide great options, small regular or large.

I came here and was given so little chicken and got my order wrong I ordered orange chicken and got spicy chicken also for the cost and the low quality as well as meat portion feels like a scam won’t be coming here again

This isn't the best Teriyaki place I've ever been to but it was pretty high on my list the. I read through a bunch of the review and with the exception of one I have a feeling most of the people that rated this place poorly because of food quality or price are no palette white trash that wouldn't know good Asian food if it slapped them across the face.

Really good workers! That was the best, only thing that took down my rating was how much the food costs for what you get. I don’t suggest going here unless you’re starving and refuse to go anywhere else! $12 bowl for a cup of rice a couple pieces of tofu and a handful of veggies? I can make a half dozen bowls with healthier ingredients and better tasting at home for the price of one bowl. There just wasn’t anything special about the food it tastes mediocre and the fact it costs that much was surprising.

The food is decent, a place I was going to continue to go on occasion. I downloaded the app because it told me I would get a bogo deal if I did. I went to redeem it and their system wouldn't accept it for some reason. Long story short, I paid for both and the associate wrote in the book that promised I could come in for a free bowl whenever (that he got approval from the manager for). I tried to do that this evening and was turned away because there is no longer a record of it and the person that helped me no longer works there. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Rice was clumpy and not like it should be chicken was like rubber tossed it all out besides the veggies very disappointed they would give someone food of such low standard.

This was horrible. I ordered a teriyaki chicken breastfeeding bowl with only vegetables amd topped with spicy sauce. Not what I got. Ended up at home with a pile of white rice topped with an unseasoned sliced breast. I called, explained the situation amd she said they would fix it. We drove back and I ended up with a hot chicken bowl. The breast meat was chunks, that's why I ordered a sliced breast. The girl was rude. I walked out with it because we were hungry and she wasn't getting it at all. Then comes my partners food. Gross! He got the katsu breast with vegetables over fried rice. This wasn't anywhere close to fried rice. It's over cooked, soggy, smashed white rice with brown sauce poured over it. Not edible. He was told the chicken was seasoned, it was not. We didn't eat any more than about 2 bites. The employees need to be trained better and learn customer service skills. I've been there before and it was decent. Obviously fast food type but edible. This meal was awful.

I'm pretty much done here! You would think for the price you pay that the chicken breast would at least be fresh but no it's been sitting somewhere dehydrating....broke my fork trying to pick it up and it was crunchy and dry AF super disappointed this was my birthday dinner...sad because it used to be so yummy!

This establishment refuses to honor gift certificates. Don't get fooled by the radio ads stating that you get $50 gift certificate for $25. There is a very short window to use them before they expire (Gift certificates cannot expire per law). They refuse to accept them. I refuse to frequent an establishment with those values. This is the same owner at Wayback Burger.l So watch out for that too.
