Terry's is the best breakfast around. I have dined here 5 or 6 times and it has been excellent everytime. The staff if awesome. Very friendly and always attentive to refill beverages. There's a very welcoming vibe at Terry's, and a fun retro theme to the decor. You can even dine on the ceiling (if you know, you know). If you're hungry and you're on river road.... Terry's is the only place to go.

Food was good and so was service until the waitress tried to keep my lottery money. Took my lottery cash out slip and never brought it back. I had to find her, when I did, she asked what I needed, I said my lottery money, she then proceeded to hand me a wad of folded bills and walked off disappointed like she lost the opportunity to steal my money.

I haven't been here since a breakfast date 3 years ago. Just left feeling scammed as hell. A waitress took my order wrong, and delivered a burrito that I wasn't even sure if I was allergic to. Politely I agreed to eat it after looking at ingredients with waitress before a new waitress I assume might be the owner with a big long pony tail stepped in. Assured me I would receive MY order.
And I did. I was happy to get things fixed and planned to leave a tip large enough to cover the burrito because it was indeed a decent burrito.... until I receive the check for 5$ off.... so i paid for two meals when I ate one and expected one. That 5$ off? You can have it in tip form because I won't be back.
I'm a single mother with two children and two jobs looking for a regular morning breakfast spot for Fridays. This place? Not it. No way. Huge huge scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. Will never return. DO NOT recommend.

Exactly what you expect. It's a small joint but they dish out loaded hashbrowns. I'll definitely stop in again when I'm in the area.
