We were passing through Eugene from WA to CA. What a nice and delicious surprise for us, when we found The Coco Nut vegan restaurant. Food and drinks were stunning. They let us in with our dog because outside was very hot. Everyone got sweet and free ice cream samples including or golden doodle 🥰. Great personal and menu. If you are around, you should definitely try them out !

Do you ever walk into a restaurant and just know instantly that the food is going to be good. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with such grounded presence and care. The staff were all so friendly. I ordered the Kung Pao Zucchini and it was truly incredible 😭. I think this has been one of the most nourishing restaurants I’ve been to in my life. We are visiting from out of town and just had the most delicious smoothies I have ever had! Also tried the soft serve which was amazing. I would never have guessed that they were perfectly healthy with no refined sugars. Highly recommended!
