Wonderful people helping the community, and yummy food as well.
As always they are kind. Nice to be able to know they are stii helping people not go hungry ❣️
I went today,,just after 2,,and I was offered a granola bar,,,I was starving, and totally disappointed!
Great experience both as a customer and a volunteer. The food here is generally very good! Just be sure to check what you’re about to eat before digging in.
I was homeless. Ate there often. They had flowers on the table... Live acoustic music. Most importantly they let me volunteer there. It gave me a whole new perspective. I wanted more and they helped generously. I believe it was Jesse that trained and worked w me. Taught me how to make croissants. Tedious work. Love u for all u did. Keep at it. It moved me... it will move others.
Always great food & the employees are always in a good mood. Excellent. 2 thumbs up
Big Stu!! The Best Dude!!
You arrive hungry and tired some angry and frustrated but you leave full and ready for your next step some laughing and always with a smile in your pocket.they humanize de-humanization...The Kings Banquet.
The staff is great. Just having a place to have a good meal free, blows my mind.
I love Food for Lane County.
Thank you to everyone who works and volunteers at the Dining room

I recently visited a community meal service offering free meals, but my experience was unfortunately tainted by poor service. When I was initially asked if I wanted water along with my orange juice, I confirmed that I did. However, the water was never brought to me. When I inquired about it, simply asking why the water had not been provided, I was referred to in a dismissive manner as "booth." This interaction felt both disrespectful and frustrating, overshadowing the positive aspects of the organization’s mission. It is essential for such services to handle all interactions with respect and professionalism to truly uphold their commitment to serving the community.
It was to a point my anxiety was so high and my ptsd triggered I walked out not even being able to eat. Thanks a lot for nothing but narcacistic behavior.
Some of the most caring people I've ever met, keeping people alive & feeling human. Words cannot express how grateful I am for this place ?
They do great for what they have, the atmosphere isn't really their fault considering what a good portion of the homeless community is but I was still very comfortable and felt safe to be there. The volunteers there are great people and very friendly.
