Th Dough Co. is a freaking MUST when you are in Eugene. It’s conveniently open super late so you can make it your last stop after a night out or hell, make it whatever stop you want.

It's a flat rate for every calzone no matter what's in it, which is really equalizing. The staff are nice, the dough is fantastic, and the variety of fillings really keeps things fresh. Add ons/alterations also seem to be free (I always add pesto) but you know, tip obviously. Chipotle ranch is my go to for sauce, but...
