My husband and I have been going to this place for a while now and it used to be really good. Lately, almost every time I go they mess up my drink. They leave out a syrup request or give me to r completely wrong drink. Every time! I’ve gotten a white mocha a few times, and it tastes like watered down coffee with no flavor at all. It’s so frustrating when you pay money and look forward to something and they can’t deliver. Definitely gonna go to the HB on west 7th from now...
Coffee was better than anywhere else in town. Got a gift card from work and needed a little pick me up. The frozen hot chocolate was definitely the star drink and the snowy mocha was delicious too. Will be returning for more goodness.
I have been to just about all the Human Bean locations in Eugene and Springfield, and have great service from cheerful folks. I recommend the Caramel hazelnut mocha, iced, blended and hot. Also, try the Frozen Hot Chocolate, it won't disappoint.
