We had a wonderful lunch here. We had our son with us and he loved seeing the train cars inside. The waitress was awesome and had some tricks to help keep our son entertained while we waited for food. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back!

This place completely blew us away—it didn’t just meet our expectations, it surpassed them in every way! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found a true gem in downtown Eugene. The booth we sat in was so cozy, and the lighting created the perfect atmosphere.

Our waitress, Katie, was absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and such a delight to talk to. She made our experience even more memorable. The food arrived so quickly and every bite was delicious.

We honestly can’t brag enough about this charming little spot. It’s rare to find a place that nails it all—ambiance, service, and food—but this one does. Wow! We’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

This business is located in the historic Oregon Electric Railway Passenger Station Building. It was built in 1914 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. This is a beautiful building and a must see. The food is fantastic here. Check it out!

I'm VERY upset at the handling of my banquet for 27 people last weekend. We had a conference of people coming from all over and I worked with their sales team for months planning a great banquet. But then when I showed up that evening, they had moved us to a smaller banquet room, without telling me, and there was no room for our silent auction items, so we had to hastily cram them onto an additional table that was moved in. I was upset but the manager wasn't sympathetic, he just said, sorry, if it's under 30 people we have to use the smaller room. But when I made the reservation months before, I thought we might have 35 people. So I was shown the bigger room and I told the lady about our silent auction, etc. When I gave her the final number of 27 people a few weeks before, NO ONE TOLD ME that they were going to move us to a smaller room. I was mortified. We were squished into this other room with way less charm. Will never book any event here again.

We had the best server. It was for my dad's 80th birthday. He loves trains so this was perfect. Food was on point. So yummy. Will definitely be back again.

Growing up in Italy, I’ve always had high expectations when it comes to pasta, and The Old Spaghetti Factory has become one of my go-to spots here. I stop by often for their classic spaghetti with mizithra cheese and browned butter. simple, rich, and so comforting, it instantly brings me back to Sunday family dinners in Turin. The quirky, vintage atmosphere makes it even more special, almost like stepping into a storybook

The dining experience commenced at 1:45 PM. After placing our drink order, we waited approximately 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Once served, the server took our food order. However, it wasn't until 3:20 PM that most of the food was delivered to our table; one child's meal had not been sent to the kitchen. Upon investigating, my sister-in-law discovered our waiter casually spending time in the kitchen. Throughout our visit, our table required multiple drink refills, which were not addressed. We finally left the restaurant around 4:20 PM. Additionally, the hostesses appeared distracted, as they were on their phones when we entered and exited. Overall, the food and service did not meet expectations considering the price.

Very disappointed and upset! My father called Tuesday and made reservations for 9 people today for Mother’s Day. We obviously knew what the day would be like without reservations for 9 people. Thank God my father thought to confirm the reservations, he always does this with reservations. However, they told him they didn’t have his reservations but that someone named Steve had those reservations. With this issue, they were unwilling to attempt to get us in and said we would have to wait. What is the point of making reservations if you still have to get on the waitlist and wait for a couple of hours. Extremely disappointed as this was my daughter’s choice for her birthday dinner. We were celebrating Mothers Day as well as her birthday and my birthday! This will ensure we never make reservations at Spaghetti Factory again. Thanks for a fabulous day Spaghetti Factory leaving us driving around to find somewhere to eat now.

We haven’t been to the Old Spaghetti Factory for several years. We used to love it there. We had all of our family (party of 10) image0.jpeggo for my wife’s birthday dinner. I set up a reservation for 6:30. I figured that it may take a little bit for a table at that time of night even with a reservation. However, we didn’t even get our table until 7:42. We waited for approximately 30 minutes to get our drinks and food order. Took another 30+ minutes for the food to arrive. After we ate it took 15 minutes to get our check. The room was absolutely filthy. Garbage all over the floor. There were several tables in our room that remained with leftover dishes from previous customers that were there when we walked in and still there when we left. Food was not even very good. Some of our food was even cold. To be there for over 3 hours for a “2 out of 5” meal with all of the restaurant conditions is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. None of our family will ever be back.

I love the old The Old Spaghetti Factory They have the best pastas and have very fancy deserts. I love the chocolate mousse cake. I can't ever GET enough of it I always have to order it when I come here! I wonder what their pasta's secrets are because I've never had better tortellini or ravioli then here Highly Recommend!

My facts: Ordered online for pickup. My email confirmation indicated the order would be ready at 6:31pm. I got there on the dot at 6:30; noticed there was a dedicated entry door for pickup orders. Great! I thought, well organized. Went through the pickup door, a sign said pickup orders at the bar. Sure! Went to the bar, told them I was picking up for "Jeff". The bartender used a walkie talkie to say 'Pickup for Jeff'. Waited Waited Tried to order an IPA at the bar while I waited. They were out. Waited. Got up from the bar and stood over by where Uber Eats drivers were waiting. Waited Asked an Uber driver what time his order was expected. 7:16. They told him his order was ready. Wait! What? Found the person in charge of pickup orders. Told her I've been there since 6:30 for a 6:31 order and now I hear a 7:16 order is ready before mine? She said, there is no order record for "Joe"; I said, my name is "Jeff". She replied, "Oh, that's the problem, we all heard Joe". Note, the bartenders called twice on their walkie talkies, both times; they said "Jeff". I should have asked here why she didn't ask them why they kept looking for a non-existent order for "Joe"; but didn't think of it. She then checked and said they are packing up my order. I asked they remove the 20% tip from my online order. She agreed and added they would remove one of our 2 adult entrees, as well. Very fair (that's why this is a 3 star review and not 1). Insult to injury, the runner finally brought out my order. I asked, "Is that mine?". She said "Joe?". WTF! The receipt on the bag clearly says "Jeff"! Takeaways: Yep, it was a Saturday night and they were slammed. But, if the bar is calling for a non-existent order (more than once); question them on it. A real person is tapping their feet waiting for that order. Food was fine (Luke warm, but fine). Since I anticipate a fair, partial refund; I will return in the future. UPDATE (11/20): Still waiting for my refund; may have to dispute with my credit card company
