Some of the best Italian food in town and such a beautiful building. My husband and I came in the other night with a reservation and got sat immediately.
I definitely recommend the Mushroom ravioli. Plus our server Sonya was excellent and very helpful.
Thank you guys!!

Terribly rude. The hostess lost track of people waiting to be seated and I got skipped. People who came in after me were eating while I waited. The manger rolled his eyes at me and said something along the lines on 'do you want a table or not.' I left without ordering. Horrible!!!

I and my two grown sons dined there in mid-Dec '25. The service was terribly slow. The food was very bland, with little seasoning or developed flavor. And worst of all, all three of us were pretty violently ill over the span of the next 24 hours. We will never return to this restaurant. Based on our prior experiences there, everything about it has gone very downhill.

We had a wonderful lunch here. We had our son with us and he loved seeing the train cars inside. The waitress was awesome and had some tricks to help keep our son entertained while we waited for food. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back!

This place completely blew us away—it didn’t just meet our expectations, it surpassed them in every way! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found a true gem in downtown Eugene. The booth we sat in was so cozy, and the lighting created the perfect atmosphere.

Our waitress, Katie, was absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and such a delight to talk to. She made our experience even more memorable. The food arrived so quickly and every bite was delicious.

We honestly can’t brag enough about this charming little spot. It’s rare to find a place that nails it all—ambiance, service, and food—but this one does. Wow! We’ll definitely be coming back again and again.

This business is located in the historic Oregon Electric Railway Passenger Station Building. It was built in 1914 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. This is a beautiful building and a must see. The food is fantastic here. Check it out!

I'm VERY upset at the handling of my banquet for 27 people last weekend. We had a conference of people coming from all over and I worked with their sales team for months planning a great banquet. But then when I showed up that evening, they had moved us to a smaller banquet room, without telling me, and there was no room for our silent auction items, so we had to hastily cram them onto an additional table that was moved in. I was upset but the manager wasn't sympathetic, he just said, sorry, if it's under 30 people we have to use the smaller room. But when I made the reservation months before, I thought we might have 35 people. So I was shown the bigger room and I told the lady about our silent auction, etc. When I gave her the final number of 27 people a few weeks before, NO ONE TOLD ME that they were going to move us to a smaller room. I was mortified. We were squished into this other room with way less charm. Will never book any event here again.

We had the best server. It was for my dad's 80th birthday. He loves trains so this was perfect. Food was on point. So yummy. Will definitely be back again.

Growing up in Italy, I’ve always had high expectations when it comes to pasta, and The Old Spaghetti Factory has become one of my go-to spots here. I stop by often for their classic spaghetti with mizithra cheese and browned butter. simple, rich, and so comforting, it instantly brings me back to Sunday family dinners in Turin. The quirky, vintage atmosphere makes it even more special, almost like stepping into a storybook

The dining experience commenced at 1:45 PM. After placing our drink order, we waited approximately 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Once served, the server took our food order. However, it wasn't until 3:20 PM that most of the food was delivered to our table; one child's meal had not been sent to the kitchen. Upon investigating, my sister-in-law discovered our waiter casually spending time in the kitchen. Throughout our visit, our table required multiple drink refills, which were not addressed. We finally left the restaurant around 4:20 PM. Additionally, the hostesses appeared distracted, as they were on their phones when we entered and exited. Overall, the food and service did not meet expectations considering the price.
