I'm new to the area and was doing landry next door. I went in not knowing what I wanted (always feel bad doing that) but the girl at the counter was super nice and helped me pick out a drink (strawberry mango milk tea with lychee) the drink was well made and the service was fast. Definitely coming back

This used to be my favorite boba place - been coming for many years- but the quality of the drinks has sharply plummeted recently; perhaps trying to cut corners with costs by watering down the recipes. Very bland, probably equivalent to 20-30% sweetness as other places, watery, bitter tea, tough tapioca, and egg pudding so weak it was beige and flavorless. Will give them another chance again someday, but this past year has seen too many disappointments and I’ll have to take a break and stick with T4.
At the very least, workers are normally very nice here and I got my tea quickly.

i come here because they have the best lavender milk tea i've ever had as other places lavender milk tea is very hit or miss. well today i went in and they forgot about me, and after 30 minutes of everyone who ordered after me getting their order before me i finally inquired. everyone else got an apology for the wait despite the fact that they only had to wait a few minutes. i was met with flippant rudeness despite the fact that the people who ordered after me got their drinks before me and i waited patiently for 30 minutes and didn't get so much as a sorry. i feel betrayed as i've been a loyal patron for two years and i've never been treated this way before. i just want to know why no one else was met with such rudeness except for me.

Bao was just a sad, chewy microwaved lump. The tea had nondairy milk and no sweeteners. It was nice being able to taste the flavor of the tea itself, the boba pearls had the right texture, the atmosphere of the shop was cozy. But lack of sugar aside, the tea tasted fairly watered down; might have been an issue of the type of non-dairy milk they use or too much ice.

Terrible service. Takes way to too long. They are incredibly short-staffed. I attend the high school nearby and EVERY time, without fail, they always are the reason for me being late. Only takes a few minutes to walk over, yet I’m stuck waiting 30 minutes for one drink. Anytime I go over to the Mucho Gusto nearby and I’m usually in and out within 10-15 minutes, despite long lines. Even if Rabbit Hole has a short line (which they almost always do every time I have gone) it takes way too long for a mediocre drink. It always is way too sweet, even when I ask for it to not be as sweet. I order iced and every time, both the boba and tea are warm, even with the ice. Always would like to mention they charge the same price for small and large??? Waste of time and money, just go to Bobahead.

Amazing boba and they do a cash discount! Wish the punch cards were not split in half so you have to buy twice as many drinks just for a free one
