I went there yesterday, December 31, 2025. I was not impressed one bit, I had to wait like 2 minutes for the person to come and take my drink order. The person who took my order, hardly said anything to me, except what I would like to have. I don't think anybody should go to the Rabbit Hole Boba Tea Bar at the 5th Street public Market.

This place could really use a bell to alert staff there's a customer. Every time I've brought my client here the counter person is hiding. The first time he assumed they were closed and left since nobody ever came to help him.

I got a cream cloud and 2 boba drinks. 1 clear strawberry tea and a mango milk tea 🧋 my favorite was the milk tea! 🥠I recommend the strawberry cream cloud as well! Quiet ambient, very friendly staff! :)

I highly recommend, but I had a weird experience. I went there for the first time today, and the place smelled amazing, the people working were super sweet and friendly, they have a pile of super cute stickers for 75 cents each, it's awesome. I got some Boba tea and it was delicious, but like 30 minutes after finishing my tea my stomach started groaning and I suddenly needed a bathroom ASAP. I made it home and everything, but I've basically just been bathroom-bound for the past 5 hours since I got the tea. I don't think it's bad tea at all, maybe I just got a bad batch, but I've never experienced this before. It's great boba, it tastes great and the store has a great atmosphere, but I don't think I personally will be able to get boba there anymore. I might come back for the stickers though :3
A cool place to chill and do work. Can’t recommend the boba enough. It always smells so good in there when they’re cooking the boba. Big fan of the almond and blueberry!
