Great service but unfortunately the meat of my Philly cheese steak was very poor quality for the $16 I paid and I wouldnt come back for the very mediocre taste.

Always good food, but this time in this location one of the workers was trying to discourage customers from ordering, she was telling everyone that came in there's a long wait. It's as if she didn't want the buisness. Not a good way to have repeat customers in my opinion.

There is an ordering kiosk at this location. I prefer to use it. There is an employee at this location who takes that personally. Multiple times while ordering they tried to get me to go order at the register instead of the kiosk. This makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I dread going in and if I see them working before I go in I will actually leave to avoid the interactions. This most recent visit they were scolding a cashier who was training for “not working hard enough to get the customer to order from the register instead of the kiosk.” If my visit to this store involves this employee, it is a negative experience.

Hadn't had togos in like 20 years so I decided to try them earlier this week. Ordered a French dip. It was preordered to be ready at a specific time. When I got my sandwich, it was pretty obvious it had been sitting for at least 30 minutes prior to my arrival (less than 5 minutes after the selected pickup time). The Jus was room temperature? And the sandwich was neither hot, nor melty.
Thinking maybe ordering right before I go would be better, I tried them again today. I even tried something different to make sure it wasn't just that sandwich.
Sadly, it wasn't better than my trip earlier this week. The sandwich was marginally hotter, but the ingredients feel cheap and processed, and the overall taste is subpar considering a 6-inch sub is $10+.
Can say with zero hesitation that I won't be back.

This sandwich was only ok. We ordered delivery. I paid extra for extra cheese and didn't get any. Bummed me out because that's one of the only reason I order this sandwich. Disappointed to pay for something I only ate half of.

Togos has always been worth the price ever since the first time I went to Togos, it was in the early 90s and it has been my favorite sandwich shop ever since . Quality meats and toppings , excellent service here on w 11th . The manager is very good at customer service and teaching by example for the other employees. I always get the #23 with hot pastrami added,it is a great combination.
