The best Sandwich shop this side of the great ol' Mississippi River. I recommend avocado on every sandwich or wrap.

This place has really gone downhill. These sandwiches used to come with a ton of meat and topping, which set them apart from other competitors and made it work the hefty price, but now there is barely anything on them. The employees seem to hate everyone that walks through the door. They get the order wrong more often than they get it right.

I got#22 Grilled Cheese Triple melted cheddar. Served TOGO’S StyleThere is nothing even remotely "Grilled" about this sandwich. They even asked me if I wanted it toasted and even after that the cheese wasn't melted. It's just a cheese sandwich with some veggies like you'd get at subway. There is a reason I didn't go to subway.Vegetarian options: They have 3 sandwiches for vegetarians.

I rarely review chain food. If it's done right, you get the same thing EVERYWHERE. If it's done wrong -- you avoid it because it isn't what you are expecting. I lived on the road for 7 years. The rule was - find a local place on recommendation. If you can't find a place, go to a chain. Subway started in San Jose a long time ago. I worked for about 5 months at city hall and lived in San Jose. Togo's was the to go lunch of choice. Heck of a menu, consistent quality and affordable. I NEEDED pastrami and swiss on a good white bread roll. Togo's fills this bill perfectly! Order, pay, sit and consume. This is how it is meant to be. The Togos on 11th in Eugene is exactly as the Togos on First in San Jose was. I left full and all kinds of happy. Just go.

Not going back there. Attacking passers by is a deal breaker. Also, if this was Beau, I'm surprised that turkey is still working there, and not somewhere else, like the county jail cafeteria, or selling yellow page ads.

I ordered the #8 ( turkey, roast beef and cheese ) with everything and the sandwich was ok. The service was good and the business was clean but the sandwich was lacking freshness and flavor.

The manager attacked a woman.I love their food, and the other staff were great. As we were leaving, a woman walked by, screaming incoherently. She walked by outside the store, but didn't stop. The manager chased her down to throw a cup of water at her, after she was in the parking lot and well away from the store.I won't go back until he doesn't work there anymore.

I came in Sunday around 7:30 and got served by a younger man with curly brown hair. He was extremely mean to me. His customer service was terrible. I'm a loyal customer and I have NEVER been treated this way. He was constantly sighing like I was a burden to him. He gave me attitude when I asked what I should try since I normally come in and get a ham and provolone sandwich. He gave me a look when I made my sandwich a meal too. I didn't appreciate this as I've always struggled with weight. I won't be coming back anymore and going somewhere else. I was genuinely hurt by these actions and I hope he gets the punishment he deserves. You guys should have training on how to treat customers.

I came in on Sunday around 5pm, and a young man named Lewis was very rude. He consistently rolled his eyes when I asked politely if I could add a drink onto my meal. I will NOT be returning to this establishment and i will be telling my peers that this is not a fit place for anyone to work. Togos, please do better on hiring and managing your employees. I hope this young man learns from these mistakes and learns to have manners. I hope you use this information wisely.

I hadn't eaten at a TOGOs in ten years when I stumbled across this one on 11th ave. My go to is the Hot Pastrami. It was even better than I remembered. Perfect combination of ingredients. The pastrami was sliced thin like it should be, the bread a perfect fit. And the service? It's a sandwich shop but it was obvious that these guys were serious about their sandwiches. Loved it!

First visit was fantastic. They made a awesome hot pastrami. 2nd & 3rd visit not that great. Had them remake a hot sandwich which wasn't even toasted. Even the remake wasn't toasted. Just not great like the first visit. Not worth the price if they cant deliver a great consistant sandwhich.

Good food, decent service and atmosphere. Took a while to get sandwiches and it didn't seem that busy. Good food though.Parking: Not many spaces for parking. Shared parking with nail salon and IHOP.

We went in to just check the menu and the two young ladies that were working this Sunday evening were very pleasant. Looking forward to grabbing a sandwich next time.
