Chill little Asian Fusion food cart on the corner of 3rd and Van Buren in Eugene right across the street from Ninkasi Brewery. The menu is expansive with some very creative takes on traditional sushi. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. The sushi burrito, poke bowl and miso soup was very good.

I love this place! I eat here all the time and it's consistently fast, fresh, and delicious. Everything I've tried so far is really good, but my favorites are the volcano roll and golden chicken box. The flavors and portions are on point and generous. The prices are awesome, parking is easy, and the food and hours are consistent and reliable. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Easily one if the best places to eat in Eugene.

Well I can now confirm, it’s even better than in looks.
We ordered via Grubhub for delivery. It arrived quickly and the hot items were nice and hot.
I really wanted to try a few things so we got the miso soup, the seared salmon sushi balls(YUM!), a salmon sushi donut, the golden shrimp bowl (extra YUM!) and the salmon bowl.
Everything was so fresh, the portions were great and everything was so flavorful and delicious.
We are stuffed and satisfied and we will definitely be ordering again soon! 10/10
