I absolutely love this place! I went twice while visiting a friend, it's so good. I bought some loose tea leaves on my last day and I cannot wait to try them once I get home. I definitely will come by when I visit again!

Before when this place was called Townshend's tea, it was a lot better. They had more tea variety, but now it’s gone commercialized and the focus on their kombucha. It’s a shame that they made that change.

I adore this tea shop. Great tea, they offer reseeping on many teas. Clean enviroment. And ADA compliant genderless bathrooms. Plus I can sit here all day if needed after only getting one thing. Will be budgeting in more trips hear, they deserve it.

I appreciate the oasis that this tea house provides downtown in a sea of bars. It's nice to have a relaxing spot to sit down and imbibe in something with tannins aside from wine. The product seems to be of reasonable quality, too. I love their kombucha and it's nice that they aren't just doing one type of tea. I wish their customer service was better. The last time I went my friend waited 15 minutes for a latte despite the fact that they weren't busy, I think they just forgot. Even getting them to take our order seemed like it was an inconvenience. I hate to say this kind of stuff because I want places like this to succeed, but I also don't want to feel like spending my money there is an inconvenience to them.

This place is a requirement for any good bight downtown. Start off with either something to calm and sooth your date night nerves or energize and ad some pep into your dance night step. The Brew Dr has professional and polite employee's and the service is almost like a apothecary shop.

My guy, and I stopped in here after eating burgers across the street not long ago. I wanted to try the place when it was the Former business. I had just never made it in time. We some times would come late nights to eat across the street. The day we finally made it in I was impressed with the surroundings. I could see myself enjoying a cup of tea in this environment. It looks inviting, and cozy. I am giving a three star because of the selection of tea, the pricing, and the staff seemed as if they were not overly friendly. Maybe I was there on a bad day. Nothing bad was said, or exchanged, it just seemed the vibe I was getting the person didn't care to be waiting on customers. We purchased a few flavors of tea, and called it good. We didn't stay to sip on any there. I may, or may not come back. The tea itself was eh, just okay. I purchased the oolong, and peppermint. Honestly the organic oolong teabags from Fred Myers health section tastes better to me. Just my opinion. Not that it was terrible, I would just rather spend less, and have it taste better.
