My hamburger that I ordered for me and my husband was barely cooked it was only cooked for a few seconds on each side and then the rest of the Patty was raw and for the price aid charge oh my God I mean thumbelina wouldn't have gotten full on those patties so when you're thinking about you want something me and juicy don't choose toxic Burger but when it comes to flavor I really can't even judge that because I couldn't even eat my hamburger last night and I'm a diabetic so I had to find some other source of food so that my sugar wouldn't drop.
The saddest part is that if you look at the pictures of what their burgers are supposed to look like when I got my burger I could barely even see the Patty I didn't even know it was really there I honestly at first thought that I got a meatless Burger it's called false advertisements people

I used to get toxic all the time when they first opened a few years ago and it was always amazing. I would always wait 20+ minutes for the food because it was so good. My whole family of 6 would get a big order to go 2 baskets of garlic parmesan fries, 4 burgers and 2 six piece wings, different flavors (garlic parm and buffalo) plus their homemade ranch, and EVERYONE was satisfied. However, everytime I go in there now its not nearly as busy and I still wait the the same amount of time. The garlic parm fries are never crispy because they use too much "garlic parmesan sauce" which is just herbs and oil instead of tossing them in garlic powder and shaved parmesan like they used to, so they are always soggy and lose their crispness after 30 seconds. The burgers have always been their strong suit (which is why they chsnged their name) but even so they sold out on eveything else on the menu to keep the burgers the 7/10 they have always been. The wings aren't smoked anymore, and I remember distinctly thinking "these wings are so good" when i was younger but they are just middle of the road not terrible but not good these days, then my father told me they don't smoke their wings anymore which was a big reason why their wings were so good. The ranch is mass produced in small packages and is mid level at best, even though 3 years ago I would have put it against any ranch in the state because they actually made it in house every day. Overall I would rather get mcdonalds and save money over what they serve these days. TL;DR food isn't nearly as good as it used to be for the price they charge.

I’m new to Oregon and this place seems to be popular so I gave it a try, it’s way overhyped. The patties are paper thin and bland, the bun is nothing special besides the “brand” they put on it (gimmick), the fries are just average and the price is too high for what you get. Killler burger is by far better in every aspect including price and that’s where I’ll be returning to for a good burger in the future.

Very rude service. They are excessively concerned for how the customers look, will whisper rude things about you within earshot if they don't like the cut of your jib, like some kind of middle school children. Very dehumanizing and uncomfortable experience.

I asked for a double cheese burger. I got 2 patties that could pass for thin sliced sandwich meat. If your a man, don't go here. If you workout, don't go here. They will leave you hungry from lack of protein
