We had a great experience at this fine establishment. Becky was our server and took care of us as we had a long work day and needed some food as they were 30 mins from closing. I ordered the Pendleton Whiskey Burger with a second patty; O.M.G. it was delicious and hit the spot. The service was incredible, honestly one of the most fun conversations ordering food EVER, the food tasty n satisfying, and atmosphere pleasing for the environment we were looking for. I will definitely be a patron at this establishment again!

Not really kid friendly. Amazing fish and chips. Perfectly breaded and flaky fish. Steak was good. The kids chicken tenders were terrible. A hard lump of chicken. Not moist at all with thick fries. They also didn’t have any straws for kids drinks so we had to use the cocktail straws. Overall ok if you’re staying at the hotel but not somewhere I would go out of my way for food.

Chey was absolutely AMAZING! I’m only here for the night and she gave me plenty of recommendations on activities to do the next time I’m in town. She’s definitely one of the best bartenders I’ve had in a very long while. Definitely will be returning to see her very soon!

Y’all! I am a chicken tendie connoisseur and this place has by far the best chicken tendies I have eaten. They were perfectly breaded and deep fried and the chicken itself wasn’t chewy or grizzly like some cheap tendies are. Also, surprisingly the best barbecue sauce I have ever had!! I am not sure if it’s a brand or if it’s home made but if I could bottle it up and bring it to Florida with me, I would. Got the brownie with Nutella whip to indulge and that was also amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the first night visiting the trophy room was good. Decent service and food. The second night we sat there and were ignored for 2 hours. My wife walked up to the bar and was still ignored. At first we understood because it was busy. Eventually it wasn't busy at all but it seemed the staff finally realized how long they had ignored us and weren't interested in acknowledging it by finally contacting us. I do have to say I was quite impressed at the skill the staff displayed in avoiding eye contact, real pros!! Haha

I came here for silent reading night with the library. They moved over from the Cafe. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It seemed like it was great for reading (as long as you're ok with music and background conversations) as well as a night out with friends or any other situation. Love the decor! Our waitress, Mya I believe, was both attentive (checked in often) without being disruptive, being very respectful of the fact that people were quietly reading. I really enjoyed it and will be back!
We didn't eat, but the drinks were great, but a bit expensive.

Extremely disappointing. They are pretty much just serving alcohol. I waited at a table while staying the night after sitting down. Absolutely ignored. The drinks were coming out if you were ordering drinks.

The Trophy Room was absolutely amazing, I truly enjoyed their outdoor space. Especially during the summer. Not to mention our server, Isabel was so gracious, kind, and gave 5 star service. Would recommend for an appetizer or a quick meal when stopping in Eugene!
