Overpriced for poor tasting drinks and food. I tried their chai euphoria and it tasted like I was drinking cardboard. Bagel was soft n crunchy which was pleasant and that is why I gave 2 star otherwise it's would be less. For a $10.50 bagel I expected better though. And too long time for what I ordered as well.

The app wouldn’t let me leave zero stars, and when I tried to give it one star the app added an extra star because they’re 100% plant-based.
My wife and I ordered paninis. It was $30. That would have been acceptable if they were really good, but they were pathetically bad. We got sourdough toast (which had a total of at least 3 hairs baked in) with just enough of each element to fulfill what was listed on the menu. Mine came with a “sauce” that consisted of cashew milk, some turmeric and maybe a little tahini, but it was basically milk.
I’m frustrated that I have to give this two stars because the inflated score could give a vegan-curious person the impression that this quality and quantity/price are anywhere near what they should expect.

This place is tucked in the outskirts of Eugene, but worth the trip. All vegan juices, smoothies, salads and bowls. They even had beautiful loaves of sourdough bread.
And the staff was friendly.

Everything was generously prepared from the freshest ingredients. And what a fabulous variety too! We loved the HUGE Buddha Bowl, smoothie, and burger that we ordered.
The best part was seeing popcorn on the menu. 🤩 I wish more places had this option.

I order take out an hour before and they can never have it ready when I come to pick it up. Either they are vastly understaffed or inefficient . I think its the latter
Update : The owner and management were responsive and explained what happened. I updated it by a star. I am hoping my future experiences are better. I go here , not infrequently, and like the fresh healthy food ( one of the very few options in Eugene , especially close to where I work)

The only thing that needs to be shared as a review of Unrefined Wellness (or URB, as I call it), is that your mind, body, and soul deserve to experience what they have to offer. The food, atmosphere, and service epitomize what quality means in the food industry. You will leave nourished and fulfilled, with a sense us sustained bliss. I would say that this place allowed me to see God, but I have seen the Lord already. This was like seeing God's mother - that which raised, loved, and nurtured the almighty. 12/10, Unrefined Wellness Bar is recommended in the highest esteem.
