The ice cream was genuinely the best vegan ice cream I have ever had, super creamy with no weird plant milk aftertaste. But the problem is the amount. Service was prompt and they were happy to give me a sample and friendly. I ordered the 6 Oz cup which was listed as "two scoops" and this is what I was handed. This is not two scoops. This is a tiny amount for $5. I realize this ice cream is handmade but every other local place gives two heaping scoops and this is more like two half scoops. I ate and enjoyed it but I wouldn't bother going out of your way to check this place out like I did. But it's really good so still worth trying if you're in the area, just be prepared to spend relatively a lot for the amount you get. Parking is paid but there is no seating area so if you have no reason to go elsewhere in the area I wouldn't bother paying for the amount of time it takes. Also it's within Elegant Elephant - had some confusion about that.Vegetarian options: The ice cream is vegan and I didn't check the pastries closely but they are at least all gluten freeParking: Huge parking lot for the area but not worth paying for it, just park and come back if all you're doing is the bakery/ice cream

I haven’t been here since it changed owners but it was by far the best ice cream in town

This is only one instance, so I could have caught them on a bad day. The texture was extremely gritty on the classic vanilla, and it did not feel like ice cream at all. The ice cream was also freezer burned. Now, they were selling “ugly duckling” ice cream for 30% off, so maybe I was handed one of those “poor” batch ice creams? You can tell from the picture, that the ice cream looks a little off.

Ice cream is amazing. Baked goods were not good. They are GF and not the best around.
