The Vietnamese salad roll I had from here was one of the best I’ve eaten in Eugene! It was so peaceful sitting at the picnic bench waiting for my food with a beautiful flower garden in front of me, watching a humming bird and the butterflies!
I’ll be back!

This was our first visit to the truck and it was during Saturday Farmers Market. I’m not sure what happened, but we had to follow up on our order after 15-20 min and wait another 10 min for them to make it. They apologized and comped us a breakfast bar. We ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Very simple and both were tasty and nicely executed.
Discovered this gem of a vegan food truck last night hoping to find a good plant-based meal without going too far out of my way before heading back to Salem! Wow! It was just what I have been wanting to find in Eugene. The food was fresh, organic and reasonably priced, and I learned that much of it is grown on the owner's organic farm nearby! There was a great selection of healthy, plant-based meals to choose from and even though it was almost 8 pm, most options were still available. There is a beautiful garden adjacent to the truck on the same lot, so I enjoyed wandering around, admiring it all and taking photos during the short wait for my meal to be prepared. I sat at a picnic table watching the hummingbirds flitting around the flowers while chatting with the gardener who created this little patch of paradise. I will definitely return anytime I need a freshly-prepared, healthy all-vegan, alll-natural meal while in Eugene!
Dietary restrictions: This is all vegan, nourishing whole fresh food, with no procesed anything! The chick pea- based burgers are made here, and my bowl was customized to my preferences.

They are at sat market and the og corner market during the week. I think most everything comes from their own farm and it’s all vegan / organic... only 4 all vegan places in Eugene including this one at the time of writing this. So go support them and get some delicious food.
The second best vegan Reuben I have ever had, served by a sweet young man who was doing his best to cope with extreme weather. The shaded seating area was perfectly lovely. My only “warning” is that the cheese for the grilled cheese sandwich is a paste like product, not a slice—in case that matters to you.
Parking: There are a number of vehicles that seem to permanently park there (from a used car place maybe) but was still able to find a spot on a busy evening.
Kid-friendliness: Be aware it is right on Chambers, so small kids need to be kept within reach. But move around to the seating and garden area for a lovely oasis.

Food was absolutely incredible and so DELICIOUS !!!!!! ❤️?
I brought my parents here, I'm always having them try plant-based food while their with me and they loved their Buddha Bowl and Impossible burger. I had a grilled cashew cheeze sandwich and paired it with their daily special, which was a beet-based risotto with a side salad, it was fantastic! Tasted very fresh and I felt great after, you can tell they use quality ingredients and care about the food they make. There are some picnic tables and a small garden to walk around while you wait too! Thank you for a beautiful and diecious lunch!

We loved the smoothie, Buddha bowl, Vietnamese roll, impossible burger, and brownie. We didn’t like the sauce on the Mac & cheese. The little store next door is also cute [but not vegan] - they have local produce, dried fruit, wild rice, and hazelnuts.?
Delicious wraps, sandwiches, and bowls. Friendly service..
