The Vietnamese salad roll I had from here was one of the best I’ve eaten in Eugene! It was so peaceful sitting at the picnic bench waiting for my food with a beautiful flower garden in front of me, watching a humming bird and the butterflies!

This was our first visit to the truck and it was during Saturday Farmers Market. I’m not sure what happened, but we had to follow up on our order after 15-20 min and wait another 10 min for them to make it. They apologized and comped us a breakfast bar. We ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Very simple and both were tasty and nicely executed.

Discovered this gem of a vegan food truck last night hoping to find a good plant-based meal without going too far out of my way before heading back to Salem! Wow! It was just what I have been wanting to find in Eugene. The food was fresh, organic and reasonably priced, and I learned that much of it is grown on the owner's organic farm nearby! There was a great selection of healthy, plant-based meals to choose from and even though it was almost 8 pm, most options were still...
