I have ordered the taco salad with chicken on three visits, and only once did they get the order right. This time, in addition to again still adding ingredients I asked to have left off, the chicken was not the same (and not like in the menu picture), and the whole salad was soggy with water running off it. It was very good when they got it right. I’ve only eaten in the restaurant once and it smelled like a dirty diaper, so I’ve done takeout ever since.

Ordered a 13$ chicken Tamela plate and the chicken was made of little cubes that did not look like or taste like chicken. I then called them to ask what I had received and she told me that they buy frozen tamales and just reheat them and since I got what I ordered that there was nothing I could do. To me this is bad. If they had told me at the drive thru that it’s a cheap chicken like tamale that they purchase and reheat I would have not ordered it. You have a certain amount of responsibility not to lie to your customers on what they are really getting. I’m not even sure it was really chicken…no flavor and rubber texture. I will not be back and neither will my friends.

Very large portions of exceptional food. Ordered way more than we needed thinking it'd be less food. We got the shredded beef chimichangas, shredded chicken enchiladas both in a combo meal with a side of rice and refried beans, and large horchatas. Also ordered a steak Northwest burrito and a steak Cali burrito. More than three people needed.

I don't often give bad reviews but the food is always either bland or too salty, meat is always oily. Sadly they also usually get my order wrong and/or forget items and the drive thru is super slow.

In the past we've been delighted with the food, that ended today, the vegetarian burrito was mainly beans (which were good), any veg that was in it was completely at the other end and had a nasty sourness to them. When your paying premium prices for food we usually assume it will be assembled correctly and with fresh ingredients. They mistakenly added to our order some little chicken tacos, the chicken was so dry it teetered on the edge of being dehydrated! The chili rellenos contained unmelted cheese. Quality control is obviously no longer part of the picture there. We'll be voting with our feet and not going there again. Sadly we ended up throwing most of the meal away the best part was the rice and beans and the tea..
The place is clean. especially considering there is a Walmart across the street, service is fast, food is good.

We went there to eat in but decided to take out. It kind of smelled like bathroom cleaner. Maybe that is a good sign, that they keep the place clean. But it should smell like a Mexican restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. Food was still hot when we got home. The chips and salsa were some of the best we’ve had. We’ve been to Mexico many times and know what real Mexican food tastes like. This was as close as you can get for fast food at the price point. These guys are doing a good job. We will definitely go back.

My partner and I stopped in after our shift at the hospital. We were given exceptional service by our server, Claudia. She had amazing energy and excitement about the food, drinks and salsa. The breakfast burritos we had were PHENOMENAL. Genuinely, they were so deliciously good. The portion size is HUGE and I felt like it way more than justified the price. We also ordered the Horchata and it is probably the best I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly flavorful and has the perfect amount of sweetness. If I could rate this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. Overall, we are thankful that we impulsively decided to check it out and this will now be our breakfast place when we are on that side of town. Got the Cali burrito and shredded chicken street tacos. Both were fantastic. The steak was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they didn't skimp on the meat - fully half of the burrito was steak. One of the best burritos I've had in Eugene and I will definitely be back.
