Happy staff, quick service, super yummy food! The thai iced tea was great and the peanut sauce I suspect was made in house, it had hints of ginger and totally had me doing the yummy food dance.

Met the owner who has an amazing story as a refugee from Laos. Emigrated as an adult, worked as a dishwasher and has been able to obtain the American dream thru hardwork and perseverance, all through legal means. Planted in Eugene, in a strange environment, unlike his home, he learned English and became a citizen. Btw, the food is excellent too :)

This is hands down the best Thai food in Eugene! The couple that runs this place are so friendly and always in a good mood. She makes amazing curry and pad Thai. I would eat here every day if it were closer to my house. Also, the prices are great. You can't beat mussaman curry for $8!!!
The day I went it was an awful day... Nothing but rain and a stinging cold night, so the cure was some thing warm and Thai. The prescription was pad thai. I have tried many places in town, but it was time for something new and uncharted. I haven't been to Vieng-Chaleun even being one place which I have driven by many a times, but today was the day. I stopped by and didn't even hesitate and chose the pad thai with chicken. The staff was friendly and cheery. The food came out quick and quickly home I went. The portion was good and well worth what you pay for. The taste was good too, however, just a few things were different. One was that the pad thai was sweeter than most and wish there was a bigger portion of peanut sauce. Just know as well that the parking may get a little difficult because parking is limited. All in all the experience was worth it and I definitely recommend you try this place.

First, the gentleman working the window was SO friendly which I appreciated on this rainy day. The service was fast and most importantly, the food was AWESOME. I ordered the Chicken Pad Ke Mow and it was delicious and so full of flavor! I asked for it with a medium spice level and it was perfect for me. I will definitely be back!

I just moved from Atlanta and was a little weary trying food carts instead of normal restaurants but this place was way better than expected. The food was served hot and fast. I ordered the spring rolls and spicy teriyaki chicken and it was phenomenal.
