First time coming in, the place was pretty busy so we took that as a good sign, but unfortunately it didn't work out for us. We ordered a red velvet shake which was the best thing in our order, but it was missing the cake topper that is advertised in the description. We also got a side of onion rings and fried pickles. Both seemed under done and the onion rings felt stale. We ordered ranch for both sides but only received 1. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich with grilled onions. The lettuce on my sandwich was extremely soggy, wilted and looked old. The grilled onions were missing and the chicken was VERY thin. We also got a cheeesy burger which was OK, and a classic burger that was just mid. For $50+ before tip, I expected much better. We, unfortunately, will not be returning.
The burgers are great. Fries are fresh and onion rings crisp. Service is good. Highly recommend
Place is good for a quick burger and shake. Not mind blowing but a good burger for the speed.
We visited this restaurant while we were traveling thru , we were hungry for a burger.
Easy to get to off the main road -
This burger was so good, the onion rings & the milkshake was so good as well.
Not a fast food restaurant, but the food was brought out pretty quickly.
Employees were really nice & happy.
It was clean.
really delicious..

A good consistent burger. Not the best, but better than average. My biggest knock would be the milkshakes. They are pretty basic and there aren't many options.

A little too greasy for our taste. Fries were the best part and they were squished in the bottom of the bag under our burgers. Getting them even greasier. Plus the price is high, especially for what you get. I’d pick Fin’s in Springfield over here any day.

Don't really enjoy the atmosphere although it's taleratable if you sit and eat outside. The waitstaff appeared to be worn thin and sizing up patrons as for who may tip them well . I did not tip because of that . All I wanted was to fill up a thermos with hot water and woman acted like that was to much to ask .ended up leaving once I realized there was people cutting I'm line ext... that's exactly how I acted "way back" when I was a kid . I had food giving to me by another patron an it tasted great . I'd live to. Try a burger with jalapeños and mushrooms and Swiss on it if I can ever get a chance again .

Our first time going there. We order for our whole family 4 burgers,3 frys, 1 Tater tots, 1 fried pickles. One of those burgers no cheese. It says on the recipe no cheese. Yes they put cheese on it anyway so The person allergic to dairy didn't get a paid for burger.
I would have drove all the back there but the food was Terrible all of it! Frys were cold some were not cook all the way. The burgers were not good. Then there was an extra fry in the bag. Nope they charged me for a fry I didn't order! I heard this place was good so disappointed. I have never wrote a review before but after how much I paid tonight for that food and the tip I decided to!

Although the burgers cost a little more they are better than In N Out.

We stopped here after a very VERY long work day. Didn't have any expectations, just hungry as can be!!!!! Never had visited before or had any recommendations about this place. Boy...were we surprised!!! The staff was amazing!! And it was late...someone was beginning the cleaning/closing process ..and still the whole crew was lighthearted and getting things done! Our food came out in a reasonable time and we were shocked at the thickness of the beef patties! Bacon was so good! I ordered a cookie butter milk shake and my business partner ordered the cheese curds as an addition to the order....WOW....just WOW! Very good!!! The customer service was icing on the cake and completely took our exhaustion from work and replaced it with happiness. Thank you to all who served us and did such a good job! Two thumbs up!👍👍

This establishment refuses to honor gift certificates. Don't get fooled by the radio ads stating that you get $50 gift certificate for $25. There is a very short window to use them before they expire (Gift certificates cannot expire per law). They refuse to accept them. I refuse to frequent an establishment with those values. This is the same owner at Teriyaki Express. So watch out for that too.
