The guy at the counter was very polite, and happy. He made small talk while he got my food ready rather than just standing there quietly. It was a good experience. Most of the time in the mall its loud and crowded, and some employees can seem annoyed and upset. However he was very bubbly and polite.
Excellent Food & Service. I highly recommend the wetzel bits. The pretzels were phenomenally salted and they provide the most delicious dipping sauces. All around fabulous experience. The wait time differs depending on the amount of people. When I went there was hardly a line maybe 2 people ahead of me.
