We got the regular and cinnamon wetzel bites and they were hot and exactly what we were craving. Very good strawberry lemonade as well. Perfect for snacking while walking around the mall. The staff were very friendly.
Love the pretzels & they seem fresh but every drink I've got there is always more ice, less liquid. They always ask if I want to tip too, which I think is rude. I'll tip if the customer service is outstanding & I will never tip if asked.
The guy at the counter was very polite, and happy. He made small talk while he got my food ready rather than just standing there quietly. It was a good experience. Most of the time in the mall its loud and crowded, and some employees can seem annoyed and upset. However he was very bubbly and polite.
