We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.

Service was fine for our online order. They double checked the order before we got it which I appreciated. The only negative was probably 10 of our 50 wings were really small. They almost looked like they'd already been half eaten size wise. Here's a few with a fork for size comparison. You could see more bone than wing. It all tasted good though and love the fries and ranch!

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!
