This location has issues. Second time we've order classic pan crust from here and gotten home to find a pan crust that's super thin and under baked.The crust tonight couldn't have been more than 1/4" thick and floppy. Gross.

Placed an order at 7:30 pm. 9 pm rolled around with the update saying "our for delivery" and no pizza. I called and they said I cancelled it. Turns out I made a mistake typing in my phone number, even tho my payment, address, email and name were correct, just one number off on my phone number. You would think they'd send a email informing me that my order was canceled but no, sat there for an hour and half assuming they were busy.At the end this is my fault, wish they had a better follow up system. The employee I talked to said I could make the order again with the correct phone number, so I did. 10:30 pm rolls around and no pizza. I call again and my order was canceled by the employee. I was receiving confirmation text to my phone and emails updating me on it being made. I fixed my number, like I was told and again my pizza was canceled by the employee with no notification even with the right phone number and all my information being correct. Cherry on top was the employee accusing me of trying to scam myself to defend himself but the fact is he did not look at the phone number close enough to see that it was corrected.From 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm I sat here wondering where the food was.Not sure why I thought eating Pizza Hutt was a good idea in the first place, but I will never make that mistake again.

I order from here at least 2 times a months. I prefer dominos. However, when Pizza Hut hat the Detroit pizza I like to get that. It comes with pepperoni, cupped pepperoni and pizza sauce on top. It's pretty tasty. I remove the regular pepperoni and I add bacon. The cook must have made a mistake and removed both types of pepperoni on accident. No big deal really, kinda frustrating but whatever. I called and said that it was no big deal, added I was just wondering what you would normally do in this situation. He read my receipt wrong and told me that I removed the cupped pepperoni as well. I simply explained to him that I only removed the regular pepperoni from the pie. He said it was a new promotion and he got confused. Unfortunately at this point it upset me because now I'm being told that I'm calling for no reason lol super annoying. I hung up after a few choice words ;)

Best pizza ever, but more important best customer service. Jason who took our order was so awesome he told me about all the specials he read things to me every time I asked, he was very patient. That kind of customer service means a lot to me, I would Recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone I know, and especially in my family who live in Eugene.

This will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut. I waited over 90 minutes for my delivery and the pizza was cold and soggy by the time it arrived. I understand that food delivered is never the same as food eaten in the actual restaurant, but this was awful and inedible. I was really disappointed and I won't make this mistake again. Don't waste your time and money here.

This location in the US makes hand down the best pizza ! When we are in Eugene we always grab a pizza from this location! Only this location makes your pizza with such accuracy and love I ask for well done please and they send it back through and it's PERFECT! They care and are truly artists with what they have. Terry the server and cashier was so respectful and refunded us our money because the wings were horrible and tasted stale... me and a few friends ordered wings and they tasted dry and old. The manager should be aware and know that he should change the oil in their fryer because I can taste old tasteless wings. I've been in the food business for years and the owner or manager ain't fooling no one. I can sense this location not lasting too much longer... anyways... thank you to Terry for giving us great service and being a good employee for sure. You deserve better than working at a place like this location. Good service definitely changes a lot, but be aware with this location, until the manager starts making some good changes.

Recently passing through and decided to get a few pizzas to take back home with us 2 hours away. When we got home our pizza tasted great. Good amount of cheese and toppings for the price. The man at the register was very friendly and this place was very clean
Not bad. 3.5 stars. I happen to like doms better but they had the 50 percent off deal so i got some. The taco was suprisingly the yummiest of all. I hate driving to this location because its hard to get to and around 5 pm oh hells bells the traffic is crazy bad. Order delivery instead if you value your time. Lol oh btw, dont bother getting the pan pizza delivered because that buttery crisp bottom of the crust gets mushy from sweating in the box. Have to eat in the store served on their pizza tray to keep that texture tasting right on the bottom of the pizza.

I'm sitting here waiting for my pizza listening to the phone ring for the fifth time now, with no one picking it up. Watching the front counter kid mess around with trivial things. No wonder they never answer when I try to call in an order! Horrible customer service. And I have now been waiting 50 minutes for my single pizza... and there are literally 2 people in the lobby

Easily going for the last time ordering at this Pizza Hut. When I got the out for delivery message I waited in my apartment lobby for 30 minutes and the delivery guy never came up to the apartment lobby. Dominos, track town, hell even jimmy johns knows to come to the lobby doors if the address leads to an apartment building. And the pizza guy was a complete j*** when I called back saying sorry I didn't answer the phone, yeah I left my phone in my apartment, because you know I thought the guy had the brains to park in one of the 4 visitor spots that are open. On the plus side I did get to have a good conversation with my building security guy. He's cool, this Pizza Hut is not.

The worst customer service and food! I ordered two medium pizzas online with extra toppings, the pizza that we get was not cooked!! The cheese was not even melted! I called the store after being on hold for 12 minutes I talked to a guy and explained to him that what I got is not edible! He told me he is gonna charge me again if I want to get the same order again! I told him I am willing to send the pizzas back and get the cooked ones instead he said that they are a restaurant and they do not take the food back! I asked for the manager he said he is the manager!!!! I asked for his name, he said " I do not have to give you my name but I am Eric! " My friend called their 1-800 number just to tell them about the terrible experience we had. We did not care about the food anymore, but his attitude!! We had never seen anything like this before! "Eric" was so rude and unprofessional! Never ordering food from them anymore!

Completely lied to me and my boyfriend. We called when we never received our order they said our residents isn't a real address then they said that they couldn't deliver our pizza because they didn't have an apartment number we tried to explain that we put in the special instructions to call soon arrival because we live in a gated community. They said they then tried to call and it went to voicemail and that there wasn't a voicemail set up so they couldn't leave a voice mail which is all bull and even after all of this we have to pay for lies and shitty service! We've waited 2 f****** hours and now you actually call! Literally we were about to go out to dinner your company is complete s**** NEVER wasting my time or money again and I hope no one else does either!
