At 11th st location, at 11:20 am, wanted to order a small pizza. Was told the dough was not ready. This is a busy location, with near Fred Myers and Lowes. Staff said I could order a medium size. I said ok if I could pay for the cost of the small size. "I can't do that. " Hard to believe that the restaurant was not ready to provide service at lunch time. Who manages this restaurant? Staff put in a difficult position with customers.

Ordered our usual toppings which we have ordered plenty of times. The problem is; 1. It was doughy and I requested on instructions to, " Bake well !" Which is how we always order our pizza and it comes out perfectly every time.2.) I ordered no green bell peppers on left side and when we got it it had tons of green peppers all over the pizza.I called and spoke with a girl about it all and all she did is argue with me and deny any wrong doing on their part. I asked to speak to the manager and he got on the phone and did the same thing as the girl.I have been ordering pizza hut for around 40 years and honestly was surprised by the comments made by their workers.I called Pizza Hut Corporate and they took a bit to respond after they gave it to the right associate to deal with this. The manager of this location actually hung up on me. My business will no longer go to Pizza Hut! I would stay away from here they are terrible I didn't even want them to give me a free pizza I just wanted mine done correctly. I was not rude or snotty to either one of the employees.

Tried to order at 7:30 and they said they were not taking any more orders...... they close at 10.... Stop making your own rules. Where is the manager

I ordered a Pizza and Pies around 1:30 on 8/2/2022. it showed on the website that the order was out for deliver. The distance between when it was said it was out for delivery and the other issues ended up being 4 hours by the time it was all over with. They have Door Dash doing their deliveries now and the order never showed up. I called several times and was hung up on several times. I could put the young man's name in but what good would it do. Lack of consideration for the customer. Never received the order but paid $33.00 for the order. Contacted Door Dash and it will be refunded they admitted it was their error but still Pizza Hut should have followed up and made sure it was handled.

I used to work here. I was fired for being a whistleblower. I get yelled at for doing the temperature logs on the food although people are getting sick. I get into trouble for calling osha due to multiple workplace safety violations including no eye wash station and a gas leak at the wing fryer. The staff does not wear face masks, even in front of elderly customers because it is uncomfortable to them. Go to literally any other pizza place. There is so much better pizza than Pizza Hut and it's frozen dough. Even Little Caesars make their dough fresh. Unless you like food poising. Check out this video on you tube.

I ordered online, through the app. I ordered a personal pan pizza. Very responsible price. Due to the COVID19 pandemic the curbside pick up was spot on. I checked in and the brought the pizza right out. Great service.

I just got back from Pizza Hut and it was a perfect experience. I chose to get pizza because I wanted to get something quick and easy and this experience was just that. I ordered my pizza online with a estimate of 10 to 20 minutes. I decided to leave right away as I would rather just be there and grab the pies as soon as they are ready. I only live about 5 minutes away so I knew I would be early but was fine waiting. From the time I walked in the door I felt valued as a customer. Cynthia warmly greeted me the moment I walked in the door literally. She was inviting, friendly, and just as I was explaining I was early and I knew it and she told me the pizzas were in the oven the cooks slid my pizza up to her as I was filling out my credit card form. She joked that she was mistaken and that my pizzas were actually ready now. I thanked her for her assistance and I left. Like most people I still wanted to check out my order once I got in my car and I was not disappointed. Both my pizza and my wife's were perfect, fresh, and as I just finished eating dinner, delicious. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience and dinner. I hope this review helps bring recognition to this great experience.

The driver Tyler needs to learn what customer service is about. And the manager working At 5 pm on 11/16/2019needs to be fired. And I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

Late night order. Service was good, price was decent($10 for an online order for a large 2-topping) and the pizza came out fast but the food itself was pretty bad. I was severely underwhelmed when I opened the pizza box; it was very unappealing especially with barely any toppings. Hardly any sauce, thin and floppy/flimsy crust, and the crust appeared only slightly above undercooked. Disappointed, and wouldn't recommend...

PATHETIC...Got a Pzone.. started to eat one half an noticed there was 3 pepperoni in just half of it.. CMon Hut!! A bit greedy... Wont order again if I'm just getting dough to eat.. Bummer!!!

I like their marinara sauce and pan crust. Good pizza. Unfortunately they forgot to put chicken on my chicken pineapple pizza.it was still tasty though.

We ordered 2 pizza's and 1 order of their garlic knots for a grand total of $45.00 once tip and delivery charge were added, so you might imagine our dismay when we saw the flat, paper-thin pizza's; the garlic knots seemed to not be cooked all the way or condensation had accumulated, because in between the final 3, each was actually slimy, wet, and gooey. Both of the pizza's were barely tolerable when warm, but impossible to consume when cold --- and cold pizza is so good!!!....usually --- I had to spit it out, it was that gross. I called Pizza Hut the next day to speak with a manager to inform them that something was going on with their pizza dough. The manager (Ellen) informed me that this is the same dough used over the years; nothing had changed with it --- It wasn't until I persisted in finding a reason behind the crust being so flat, and offering a "perhaps it didn't rise long enough?" excuse, did she tell me that it may be that the dough was thawed too quickly. At this point she offered me $20.00 credit to make up for some of the purchase, so my (adult) child ordered again, hoping that it was a one time thing ---- Nope!...same gross pizza, and this time I won't be calling; we won't purchase there ever again. The delivery guys (both) were super nice and the manager was very nice as well, but I'm not financially stable enough to pay for "nice" and nothing more.

We have never had the stuffed crust pizza before so we thought we would give it a try. Paid $19 ($18+$1tip). What we got was a flat a** no cheese fubar of a pizza. Called and gentlemen gave me a somewhat reasonable answer as to why ( they have to stretch the dough extra to cover the stuffed cheese. My suggestion would be to not order as u will be disappointed. Pizza Hut please just add some dough. That way I don't get a crepe with a few peps on it! Thanks

I don't like Pizza Hut. Been there a number of times over the years. Tied in my opinion with Figaro's for 2nd worst pizza in town. not too good. The reason it gets 2 stars instead of one- that's just how much I love pizza! That and there is one worse place.
