Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing service. Best ramen in eugene as far as I'm concerned. Perfect place to get a bowl of ramen on a rainy day. Come on by, you won't be disappointed.

This cart has some delicious food and the woman working was so stinking friendly!! It was my first time here and she helped to navigate the menu. We got to talking about other fun places to eat in the region, too. I had the planet earth vegetarian ramen and added the pork belly. The broth was so good! The chili oil added a great spice to it. The noodles- perfectly chewy. And the pickles throughout just really made for a well rounded bite. Maddy brought us some onigiri to try too- SEE, SO NICE! The mushroom was fantastic, and the dining partner loved the tuna. Yabai Nikkei was at the Oregon Wine Lab, and honestly, I’ll follow them anywhere.

Drove by here the other day and really wanted to try it so we came back today. Amazing food, incredible service, and a bonus that the tasting room is next door (double bonus they are dog friendly). Ramen is off the charts good!

The chicken teriyaki bowl was good and the onigiris tasted great as well. But a little overpriced for the portion and what the food consisted of. $7 for a ball of rice with tuna and mayo wrapped in seaweed is a little crazy. In Japan you can get them for $1.20 in any convenience store. Not saying this is Japan but $7 definitely shocked me a bit, as it costs $1 max to make.

This spot has a *killer* egg salad sando. Just got back from Japan a week ago and needed that itch scratched and they took great care of us. Owner is super cool and the menu is impressive and super reasonably priced for how good it is. Will be going back every time I’m in Eugene.

The flavor of the braised pork was absolutely delicious. The touch of the pickled onions and the soft boiled egg made the dish perfect! The mushroom onigiri was the best I had in Eugene since Meji. I also enjoy that ingredients are organic and local. The person helping was so kind and knowledgable about each item I had asked about. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this super cute fantastic place.

The pork belly sandwich is the best one I've had in Eugene and ive lived here 7 years now. I got one for lunch at around 2pm and went back for another one for dinner the same night. Will definitely go back to try other items.

I have tried the "Sando" and Ramen from this food cart. The sandwich was yummy, but the Ramen was not very good. I paid $17 (not including tip) for their "Oki Doki" ramen which ended up coming with Tofu because they were out of pork. The broth was too salty and that was the main flavor that came through. I would've given it 3 stars if it wasn't very overpriced, I don't know why food trucks feel like it's okay to out price-inflate brick and mortar restaurants. I miss Da Nang.

Best egg salad sando and miso soup ever!! Staff is cheerful and can help you to order exactly what you want.

White rice with a little protein on top and not much sauce in a shallow dish. This is not donburi… boring and small serving.

Ordered a bowl of ramen after my flight from LA. Service with a smile from Ian. The miso broth, perfect noodles and just crispy edged pork belly really made my night.

Great food cart! Everything is super fresh and the portions are just right. I got the fish donburi and my partner got the teryaki chicken. We split a black sesame ice cream. Staff is friendly. It's outside Oregon Wine Lab and the vibes were chill on a Friday night. They get a little backed up at times, but it's worth the wait!
