Oh yeah, big and empty when my regrets and I popped up for the first time Monday night (7:30ish). Great open space, free samples of live culture frozen yogurt and gelato, Britney Spears jammin' in the background, and board games. We had a fun time.

It's upstairs right near the duck store on U of O campus. They have about a dozen choices of frozen yogurt flavors and a wide variety of toppings. There was also a wide seating variety which unfortunately included an option of sitting on a past worn out couch that's right in the middle of the place next to the foosball table that has all broken handles. Other then those two eyesores it looked fine. The frozen yogurt was delicious and not a bad price. It cost less then ten bucks for two people with a decent amount of fro yo and toppings.

I went there with four people close to closing. The atmosphere was really great. There's a foosball table that we absolutely loved! The taste of the yogurt was great, but we all got sick off of it. I needed to take a day off work due to vomiting. :( Called them over it, they only asked for the flavor and apologized.

The frozen yogurt is amazing, it the place is awful. My female family and I were looking for froyo after watching Wicked and this was the only place opened. Very much a hole in the wall sort of place but they were the only place with frozen yogurt opened at that time. The stairs. Oh god the stairs. They smell awful and are surprisingly steep. When you get to the top the place doesn't look too strange but after a few minutes of looking around - yes we stayed to eat our yogurt- I noticed. The walls are pink and covered in newspapers clippings and political group papers. I think we sat between lgbtq+ club and black panther adverts (the group not the avengers hero)? You know how I said the stairs smell awful? It wasn't just the stairs. I think a good half of the place smelled like piss and vinegar gentle concealed below artificial lemon. Of course, one of the main reasons we went there was we needed to stop for the bathrooms. The were gross. Not clean, not filthy, just gross. We left soon after everyone ate and used the bathroom. I think the memory of how bad the actual building is was blocked from my mind but me and my mom went back a week or two ago and it all came flooding back. On the bright side, most of the frozen yogurt is good. So there's that.

Greaaaaaaat customer service.... walked in and made eye contact with the employee multiple times but was never actually greeted, then rang up my friend by saying the total, swiping her credit card, then handed her card back to her and walked away without saying a word or letting us know we were good to go? Was in the back 90% of our time here, only came out to ring up another customer, and sat on her phone until he got to the register... If you don't have good customer service, you should consider looking for something else, not a service role. 1 star because the product was average compared to the competitors.

Good selection of frozen yogurt and dozens of toppings. I went with the hazelnut gelato flavor this time with some Heath bar bits, chocolate chips, and a few of the chocolate covered espresso beans. It's a huge space that could easily accommodate any group meeting after a game, event, etc.
