Such good food. Absolutely loved the popcorn chicken and the split drinks. They were so cool and yummy. The employees were all so nice. 100% recommend and will be back :)

The food is good, but the portion size was just okay. The drinks are excellent, but most range in price from $6-7 each which is expensive in my opinion for what is available.
Most servers are very nice, and very good at their job. On one occasion, there was an unpleasant person but she no longer works there I am told.

Since they have rebranded to Coconino the service has been much better/genuine, the staff really put the time in to each order. The food and drinks are always good and consistent which I appreciate.

Avoid this place! Beginning with the rude little girls working the registers followed by the owner who tries to grass light you! Store hours are NEVER accurate and when I tried asking the girl about it she just answered with a rude “wanna talk to the owner?” And walked away. The owner comes up and I ask him why his hours say 9pm is closing and he proceeds to claim that his hours have been 8pm all winter and that I am wrong. Sir it is almost JUNE! And I proceed to tell him this is the FOURTH TIME of me being rudely turned around before closing time by his employees and just continues to try and gas light me about his hours always being 8pm closing. SIR CHANGE YOUR SIGN IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE AT 8 and please stop lying to gaslight your customers, and PLEASE hire some employees with a little personality because OH MY GOODNESS especially the blonde! Ugh you lost all 6 of my family members but I hope you learned something

The last time we went one of our drinks didn’t turn out very good and our fries were cold so we couldn’t eat them. So kind of a waste of money.
The exxtra hot cheeto corn bowl was so good. The strawberry horchata was good but wished it had a bit more strawberry flavor.

So anyways, me and my wife wanted some snack at 8:00 pm on 4/5/25 Saturday night. When I asked where the menu was the blonde girl looked like she was scared or just seen a ghost. I felt so bad for her I almost called an ambulance. But then she went in to point to the drink menu on the screen. Then I very nicely asked where the food menu was, when she said “our kitchen is closed, we only have drinks”. And we left, said nothing else and left. But I did search for a sign that I might of missed about the kitchen closing at a certain time, to which I did not find(neither did google). Then I looked at all the reviews and was happy I did not eat there. Hope this helps :)

I tried the place for the first time and was very disappointed. I got food and drinks for myself and family. Saw them on Instagram looked amazing but was highly aggravated to find my food was disgusting and terrible not what they advertised and when I called back to talk to someone the girl named E-Alina was so rude and had no customer service no empathy whatsoever I couldn’t fathom treating a customer that way. She gave me her managers name Ricky and said he is in periodically and wouldn’t give me a way to contact. She laughed at me several time and made me feel so bad. I spent so much money and wasted it. They say zero degrees. More like zero customer service and bad food. Never again.
