Avoid this place! Beginning with the rude little girls working the registers followed by the owner who tries to grass light you! Store hours are NEVER accurate and when I tried asking the girl about it she just answered with a rude âwanna talk to the owner?â And walked away. The owner comes up and I ask him why his hours say 9pm is closing and he proceeds to claim that his hours have been 8pm all winter and that I am wrong. Sir it is almost JUNE! And I proceed to tell him this is the FOURTH TIME of me being rudely turned around before closing time by his employees and just continues to try and gas light me about his hours always being 8pm closing. SIR CHANGE YOUR SIGN IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE AT 8 and please stop lying to gaslight your customers, and PLEASE hire some employees with a little personality because OH MY GOODNESS especially the blonde! Ugh you lost all 6 of my family members but I hope you learned something

So anyways, me and my wife wanted some snack at 8:00 pm on 4/5/25 Saturday night. When I asked where the menu was the blonde girl looked like she was scared or just seen a ghost. I felt so bad for her I almost called an ambulance. But then she went in to point to the drink menu on the screen. Then I very nicely asked where the food menu was, when she said âour kitchen is closed, we only have drinksâ. And we left, said nothing else and left. But I did search for a sign that I might of missed about the kitchen closing at a certain time, to which I did not find(neither did google). Then I looked at all the reviews and was happy I did not eat there. Hope this helps :)

I tried the place for the first time and was very disappointed. I got food and drinks for myself and family. Saw them on Instagram looked amazing but was highly aggravated to find my food was disgusting and terrible not what they advertised and when I called back to talk to someone the girl named E-Alina was so rude and had no customer service no empathy whatsoever I couldnât fathom treating a customer that way. She gave me her managers name Ricky and said he is in periodically and wouldnât give me a way to contact. She laughed at me several time and made me feel so bad. I spent so much money and wasted it. They say zero degrees. More like zero customer service and bad food. Never again.

Cheap manager won't let their employees give out quality drink trays. They give out super flimsy 2 drink carriers, and won't double up or give a larger size for stability. I just love when establishments prioritize their spreadsheets over a good experience! /s
DO NOT BUY THE FOOD. The drinks are great but the food borders on being a scam. I'm not even close to being a picky eater but I could barely stomach it. I've had microwave meals 10 times tastier. The Phoenix Oolong Milk Tea Boba and the Lychee Crush were good. I'd come again for drinks only.
