I had a great experience at this Starbucks. Hope, took my order and brightened up my day. Her positive energy and contagious smile lead to a great interaction. Highly recommend this Starbucks as the service is amazing!

Every time I come to this Starbucks, my order is so unsatisfying when they do the blended drinks its big ice chunks in it and when they do the food, theres either overly hot or not done. I will not be returning to the Starbucks. It’s a waste of money and time.

I could not believe the customer service. All three workers were silent and not welcoming. Had to repeat my order three times and wait 5 minutes to get my change. There was 3 other people waiting for their drinks. My drink was out on the counter without anyone saying my name or even the type of drink it was. “I said thank you”, but again was met with silence. Outrageously rude attitudes and energy being sent out to the customers.

Worker was impolite we were in-line 15 minutes before they close and dismissed us like we were not worth the time. They should obviously change their hours so that they’re closing at 8:45 not 9 o’clock.
