We had a party on the 2nd floor. Onion Rings are awesome, and so was the Osso Buco. The meat just fell off the bone! Everything was great until we got the bill.We supplied a cake, and had to ask for plates and a cake knife & we served ourselves. The waitstaff didn't do anything except bring utensils. Corey and Aaron have brought Bumber's back to its glory days! Not a better restaurant in Portland. Lots are more expensive, but none will deliver the way Bumper's font and back of the house will! Book a reservation, you won't be disappointed! We have eaten there for almost 20 years. We can walk there from our house, so believe me, we know this restaurant!! Check it out! You'll love the experience!!

We had a rehearsal dinner with about 30 people. The service was excellent. Waitress was friendly and took great care of anyone. We had a variety of everything on the menu and it was excellent.
