Horrible cashier rude, messed up order twice, and doesnt listen

I could not believe the customer service. All three workers were silent and not welcoming. Had to repeat my order three times and wait 5 minutes to get my change. There was 3 other people waiting for their drinks. My drink was out on the counter without anyone saying my name or even the type of drink it was. “I said thank you”, but again was met with silence. Outrageously rude attitudes and energy being sent out to the customers.

Literally paid for a cup of ice and a splash of drink. SMH this is how they cheat you. No way should a cup be filled more then half of ice.

We stopped in for a quick coffee and sandwich on our way to a tournament. The person working alone was very sweet but very slow and seemed untrained. They really should not have been left alone to work by themselves without proper training and backup. It took 20 mins to get our coffee and sandwiches. Their customer service was great, it just felt like the company did them and the customers a disservice by leaving them to work alone.

Worker was impolite we were in-line 15 minutes before they close and dismissed us like we were not worth the time. They should obviously change their hours so that they’re closing at 8:45 not 9 o’clock.
