This is my favorite go to restaurant / bar at PDX! The staff is amazing, friendly, and it is a place where they remember you when you come back! You can't beat the price on their mimosas! There soup is amazing! The salmon risotto is also fabulous! I often get a sandwich which is my go to item for lunch. I go to the airport extra early, just to enjoy some down time at Capers! This restaurant is a great way to unwind before a flight! Highly recommend giving them a try!
Food was delicious! large portions of food for the price. Great atmosphere and staff. We will DEFINITELY be returning for lunch.
