It sounds like this may be an OK place for lunch but if you are looking for fine dining don't go here. It appears to be a local hangout to drink. Noticeably, the locals were not eating. Our waitress knew how to deliver drinks but it appeared she had never taken a dinner order before. It was so bad we had to laugh, I will skip the details except for the fact that my $30 steak (cooked medium instead of medium rare) sat in front of me for several minutes before she came back with a fork. The shrimp cocktail is a glass full of tiny canned shrimp. There are many fine dining options on the same street that are highly recommended.

We were a huge party and they went over and above for our group and didn't even pre add the tip to our bill.
My wife and i made a special trip from Springfield to enjoy this restaurant. We have been there before and had a great time. Last night was very different. First we were brought water that was obviously just drawn from the tap, not even cold. The “cups they brought us to drink out of were dripping wet leaving water all over the table. Once we ordered our food and drinks things got worse. I ordered the bacon wrapped fillet with prawns but was served the top sirloin. Our appetizers showed up after the main course was served. I asked for another drink and was served the wrong one. TWICE. At the end of a very disappointing meal i paid the bill with cash. I felt i should not have since i did not get what i ordered but did not want to make a bigger deal than needed. They picked up the check and 1 100 dollar bill. The server that picked up the money asked me if i needed change. Almost as if i should be tipping 30 dollars on a 70 dollar check despite very poor service. We waiting patiently for our change and finally a different server walked by and said “are you waiting for your change from a 100?” She gave us our change and i had enough i asked if the server was the manager so i could express my concerns. The server said no i am not and walked away as if we were an intrusion. We have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere there and how been going for years. However after this i ma concerned if its new management or just going down hill. We will not return and i would not recommend till they fix their current issues.

We went to Bay Street Grille for dinner and came out disappointed. The Bay Street Burger was great and the fried popcorn shrimp was nice and crispy but the fries were very undercooked and the Clam Chowder was cold and runny. However the service was great and the atmosphere was very loud with the live music, but If you are into that kind of stuff it's not bad. Overall, 3 stars would recommend trying at least once but will not be coming back.

Great food good prices service was terrible our last 2 visits barely got noticed with our kids at our table the other people that came in after us got drinks before we did not a big deal but the fact that we had 2 young kids that just wanted something to drink on a hot day and was having to ask to be served kinda sucked I think if you order alcoholic beverages they serve you quicker to try to get more tips idk but they also over charged pur tip we left the last time leaving us to not ever to want to go back and both times we went our food orders were incorrect over all if you want alcohol and food maybe an ok place but would not recommend to go here with children very unhappy
